[UPDATED] First Competitive RMT With Latias Would Like More Help Please!!

Mega Scizor

Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Knock Off
U-turn

ability: Light Metal
item: Scizorite
nature: Adamant
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

One of the core members of my team. As my sweeper, Knock Off provides coverage against dark and psychic pokemon while Bullet Punch helps get rid of fairy, rock, and ice mon. U turn creates a combo with Rotom, Lando, Talonflame and a decent synergy with Latias and make it so that that he will be able to switch out of unfavorable match ups into better ones. These specific eves help make it so that Mega Scizor will be hitting as hard as possible and be able to out speed other mons so that he'll be able to knock them out rather than getting knocked out himself. The adamant nature also helps boosts Scizor's attack to maximize his damage.

Rotom Wash

Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Will-O-Wisp
Rest

ability: Levitate
item: Chesto Berry
nature: Bold
evs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe

This guy helps provide momentum while providing a STAB with volt switch which creates a combo with Lando, Scizor, or Talonflame. Rest and the berry helps give it a second life when needed since pain split is not always the best option. Will o wisp helps threaten any physical mon and Hydro Pump provides even more coverage against ground. He is also used to come in and tank some hits. Theses eves are made to make it so that it will help it live longer and tank better. Bold nature increases its defensive stat to help it tank a little bit better.

Latias

Defog
Draco Meteor
Healing Wish
Thunderbolt Psyshock (Credit to praj.pran)

ability: Levitate
item: Life Orb
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Yay, my favorite pokemon. Fell in love with this pokemon ever since I saw its movie. It helps get rid of hazards so my sweepers can stay alive with defog and it provides pretty good synergy with Scizor and Talonflame with their U Turn. Draco Meteor deals a decent bit of neutral damage and helps provide coverage against dragons. Thunderbolt helps provide coverage against flying and water. Healing Wish helps keep either of them alive even more if they're ever in serious danger while Latias is going to die soon. These eves help Latias be able to do more damage while making it be able to outspeed a lot of mons with te help of its timid nature. Life Orb helps maximize its damage.

Gliscor Chansey

Seismic Toss
Toxic
Protect
Wish

Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Eviolite
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 Def/ 4 HP
(Credit to Vengeance417)

The stall mon of the team. His purpose is to be able to stall long enough to the point that his subtoxic skillset and other hazards will make the other teams mons be low enough for my mons to sweep. I chose this guy because I figured I needed a hazard that wouldn't be erased when Lati uses Defog and hope that the U Turn/Volt Switch combos will always be able to put up another hazard or even another set of rocks when needed. Toxic orb is used to help Gliscor heal itself with its poison heal ability and being immune to other status effects. These eves help Gliscor be able to live longer with and be able to use its moves quicker against some mon.

Talonflame

Brave Bird
Flare Blitz
U-turn
Tailwind

ability: Gale Wings
item: Sharp Beak
evs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
nature: Adamant

The revenge killer of the team. One of my pokemon is eventually going to die, there's no getting around that. Flare Blitz and Brave Bird give coverage as a STAB. U turn helps switch out to any mon that needs to tank a hit for him or make a combo with Lando, Scizor, or Rotom. With gale wings and sharp beak its damage and priority for brave bird is increased and it provides coverage against bug, fight, and grass. Flare Blitz provides coverage against bug, ice, steel, and grass. As the revenge killer of the team I decided to try to maximize its damage with these eves to attack before other mon and hit harder. Its adamant nature helps the damage more since the speed eve and Talonflame's base speed is high enough.

Landorus-T

Stealth Rock
Earthquake
U-turn
Stone Edge

ability: Intimidate
item: Leftovers
nature: Impish
evs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe

The entry hazard on my team. His purpose is to set up rocks and be able to tank some hits while being able to heal a little bit from leftovers. He makes a nice u turn combo with Rotom-W and Mega Scizor. Earthquake provides coverage against fire, steel, poison, and electric. While Stone Edge provides coverage against bug, fire, flying, and ice. Intimidate helps create pseudo bulk against mons. Its item is used to help make it him survive a little bit longer. These eves and nature help make him more tanky and increasing his chances to survive.

You have three Pokemon weak to Ice, two of which are 4x. Personally, I'd remove Gliscor as your stall mon and go with Chansey, since she'll not only be able to take special hits pretty well, she'll be able to Wish pass to your teammates if Latias is down. This is perfect since Landorus has the Intimidate ability that lowers Attack anyway, so you might as well have that Special wall on the team :3

Chansey (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 Def / 4 HP
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect

Hi,
i would suggest giving Psyshock to Latias since you have Rotom Wash to Counter Flying and Water moves and Psyshock will help to kill Chansy And would 2HKO Conkeldurr
252 SpA Life Orb Latias Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Conkeldurr: 315-374 (76 - 90.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Latias Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Venusaur: 257-304 (70.6 - 83.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
and thunderbolt would not OHKO keldeo but Psyshock does
252 SpA Life Orb Latias Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Keldeo: 250-294 (77.3 - 91%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Latias Psyshock vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Keldeo: 330-393 (102.1 - 121.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Latias (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Hp/ 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
- Defog

Talonflame, remove the sharp beak, give him Acrobatics, try to set up a swords dance, and everyone is dead. He 1HKO's a lot of pokemon; and I mean A LOT. Remove Tailwind for Acrobatics, you won't need it with Gale Wings, and swap either Flare Blitz or Brave Bird for Swords Dance (or the other way around). Trust me, Talonflame is amazing in competitive. And if it doesn't work for ya, just switch back to the old one.

I tried the changes that you gave and I still can't seem to break past 1300...It seems I'm pretty bad.. Are there any other changes that I could do to improve my team?
