Tier Locking:
Players will be tier locked based on what they put in the "Tiers Not Played" field of their signup. You may not play a tier you put in this field for the duration of UPL XII until playoffs (or a tiebreaker to get into playoffs.)

Manager Self-Purchases and Retains:
Managers can self-purchase themselves for 20k credits. Teams may retain up to two players from UPL X, not counting self-purchased managers who signed up as players this year.
 
The Dangerous Dracovish have self-purchased Icemaster for 20k.

Their new total is 150k - 20k = 130k.

The Void Villains have self-purchased Fc for 20k and retained Torchic for 16k and SoulWind for 23.5k.

Their new total is 150k - 20k - 16k - 23.5k = 90.5k.

The Eternal Voyagers have self-purchased Kate for 20k and retained BigFatMantis for 10k.

Their new total is 150k - 20k - 10k = 120k.

DaReal Drizzlers have retained Taka for 10k.

Their new total is 150k - 10k = 140k.
