Done URLs within square brackets freeze client

What is the bug?
When typing a link that ends in a slash within square brackets and then adding any text that does not begin with a <, Pokemon Showdown will completely freeze up (at least on Firefox). This can be remedied by closing the tab and then reopening it. Briefly looking at the Firefox debugger seems to point to a while loop, so it may be an infinite loop.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

1. Open "Chat Self"
2. Type in [[https://google.com/]]text
3. Pokemon Showdown will freeze

Fixed by disallowing unmatched square brackets in hotlinks
