========
- Urshifu-R serves as an offensive threat within the metagame, being able to raise the offensive pressure of the battle with its Unseen Fist ability deterring Protect while hitting hard with powerful STAB moves. It has a good matchup against Incineroar, as Surging Strikes does not get slowed down by Intimidate, as well as Flutter Mane, as Focus Sash allows Surging Strikes to reliably KO it.
- Aqua Jet is a reliable priority move for finishing off low HP targets. Taunt cripples the supportive capabilities of Pokemon such as Amoonguss, Indeedee-F, and Grimmsnarl, as well as blocking Calyrex-I and Farigiraf from setting Trick Room up.
- Focus Sash allows Urshifu-R to retaliate against certain Pokemon that would normally outspeed and OHKO it before Urshifu-R could attack, such as Calyrex-S and Flutter Mane.
- Tera Stellar provides Urshifu-R offensive variety because it boosts Close Combat, allowing it to OHKO non-Defense Protosynthesis Brute Bonnet. However, since the boost is only provided one time to each attack, Tera Water could be preferred, as it consistently boosts the damage output of Surging Strikes, allowing it to OHKO Ursaluna, Chien-Pao, Ogerpon-C, and Calyrex-S after Life Orb chip damage while also removing its Psychic, Flying, and Fairy weaknesses to give it some survivability if Focus Sash is broken.

Teambuilding
=========
- Urshifu-R heavily struggles against Raging Bolt and Rillaboom, which easily threaten it with Thunderclap and Grassy Glide, respectively, and resist Surging Strikes. Amoonguss and Indeedee-F can disrupt Urshifu-R from attacking ideal targets via redirection and potentially break Urshifu-R's Focus Sash if they hold a Rocky Helmet. Indeedee-F's Psychic is able to KO Urshifu-R if Focus Sash is broken; Amoonguss notably takes pitiful damage, as it resists both of Urshifu-R's STAB moves, allowing it to easily put Urshifu-R to sleep with Spore.
- Koraidon and Miraidon both outspeed and threaten Urshifu-R while resisting Surging Strikes. On top of this, Koraidon's sun reduces Surging Strikes's damage output, and Miraidon can pivot with Volt Switch while breaking Focus Sash easily.
- Urshifu-R heavily appreciates Calyrex-I, which threatens Rillaboom, Amoonguss, Koraidon, Miraidon, and Raging Bolt with Glacial Lance, while Urshifu-R can, in return, threaten Dark-types such as Incineroar, Chi-Yu, and Chien-Pao that threaten Calyrex-I. Calyrex-I's Trick Room allows Urshifu-R to stay ahead of opposing Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed it, such as the aforementioned Miraidon and Koraidon.
- Tornadus threatens the Grass-types such as Rillaboom and Amoonguss that annoy Urshifu-R and can Taunt the Amoonguss, preventing it from disrupting Urshifu-R. Tornadus can also remove Koraidon's sun with Rain Dance, decreasing Koraidon's damage output while increasing that of Urshifu-R's Water-type attacks. Tornadus's Bleakwind Storm paired with Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes forces Koraidon to take super effective damage whether it Terastallizes or not.
- Urshifu-R complements Miraidon and Lunala compositions as a reliable attacker that counters Incineroar, a problematic threat to these compositions. Meanwhile, Urshifu-R's coverage against Dark-types also benefits Lunala; in exchange, Lunala's Moongeist Beam is threatening to Ghost-types like opposing Lunala. Miraidon's Draco Meteor can quickly remove the Dragon-types such as Raging Bolt and Koraidon that resists Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes.
- Rillaboom and Incineroar work well with Urshifu-R, as Fake Out and pivoting moves create opportunities for Urshifu-R to safety switch in without breaking Focus Sash, and their typing allows them to tank moves that Urshifu-R would be threatened by, such as Wood Hammer from Rillaboom, Psychic from Calyrex-S, and Electro Drift from Miraidon. Incineroar also threatens sizable damage towards Psychic-types like Indeedee-F and Lunala with Knock Off. Rillaboom helps reduce Miraidon's damage output by removing Electric Terrain while also being able to threaten Fake Out.

- Urshifu-R serves as an offensive threat within the metagame, being able to raise the offensive pressure of the battle with its Unseen Fist ability deterring defensive plays (maybe just say it deters protect, it doesn't deter fake out or wisp which are both defensive plays) while hitting hard with powerful STABs. It has a good matchup against Incineroar, as Surging Strikes does not get slowed down by Intimidate, as well as Chi-Yu and Terapagos. (this is just generally what all urshifu-r do, I would outline some matchups that specifically sash Urshifu-R does better in)
- Aqua Jet is a reliable priority move for finishing off low HP targets, with Unseen Fist guaranteeing a hit in bypassing Protect (probably not necessary, you already talk about unseen fist in the first point). Taunt cripples the supportive capabilities of Pokemon such as Amoonguss, Indeedee-F and Grimmsnarl, maintaining offensive pressure on their partners (idt this is really necessary). (RP) as well as blocking Calyrex-I and Farigiraf from setting Trick Room up, controlling the speed of the battle. (Just connecting the first taunt sentence with the second one. Also Urshifu isn't controlling the speed of the battle, just preventing the other side from doing it)
- The Focus Sash helps to cover for allows Urshifu-R’s unremarkable defensive stats, allowing Urshifu-R to retaliate against certain pokemon that would normally outspeed and OHKO it before Urshifu-R could attack, such as Life Orb Calyrex-S where Urshifu-R can OHKO it with Tera boosted Surging Strikes after Life Orb chip (talk about this in the Tera section. Side note, there was also a lot of fluff here).
- Tera Water provides Urshifu-R with a stronger and more consistent boosts the damage output on of Surging Strikes, allowing it to achieve OHKOs towards OHKO Ursaluna, Chien-Pao and Ogerpon-C while also removing its Psychic-, Flying-, and Fairy-type weakness to allow for some survivability if Focus sash is unable to be activated broken. Whereas Stellar Tera Tera Stellar provides Urshifu-R offensive variety in boosting Close Combat as well, allowing it to OHKO Brute Bonnet without Defence boosted Defense-boosting Protosynthesis. However it lacks consistency as each move is only provided the boost one time.

Teambuilding
=========
- Urshifu-R heavily struggles against Raging Bolt and Rillaboom, who easily threatens it with their priority STAB (dex info) Thunderclap and Grassy Glide respectively. Amoonguss and Indeedee-F can disrupt Urshifu-R from attacking ideal targets via redirection, and potentially breaking Urshifu-R’s Focus Sash from Rocky Helmet sets,. (important to note that amoonguss resists both of urshifu-r's STABs)
- Koraidon and Miraidon are restricted threats with good matchups into both outspeed and threaten Urshifu-R as both outspeed Urshifu-R. (Mention that they resist surging strikes) This lets them easily break Urshifu-R’s Focus Sash while also discomforting Urshifu-R as Koraidon’s Sun reduces Urshifu’s Surging Strikes damage output and Miraidon can pivot out with Volt Switch. (can you trim this down a bit?)
- Urshifu-R struggles with its awkward speed tier in the current metagame. Therefore speed control options such as Tornadus Tailwind and Calyrex-I and Lunala’s Trick Room allows for Urshifu-R to stay ahead of the opposing pokemon (does it really struggle with speed control with sash?)
. Urshifu-R also forms a potent offensive dynamic with heavily appreciates Calyrex-I, who threatens Rillaboom and Raging Bolt with Glacial Lance, while Urshifu-R can, in return, threatens Dark Types such as Incineroar, Chi-Yu and Chien-Pao which threaten Calyrex-I. Urshifu-R's coverage against Dark Types also benefits Lunala, as well as Lunala's Moongeist Beam threatening Ghost-types like Flutter Mane and Tera Ghost Users.
- In addition, Tornadus threatens the Grass Types such as Rillaboom and Amoonguss and can improve the matchup against Koraidon via Rain Dance in decreasing Koraidon's damage output while increasing Urshifu-R's Surging Strikes and pressuring it with Bleakwind Storm, placing Koraidon in a pitch to take super effective damage from one of the two whether it terastalises or not. (this point is a tough read ngl, can you clean it up grammar-wise? Also mention how Taunt prevents Amoonguss from disrupting Urshifu-R)
- Urshifu-R compliments Miraidon as a reliable attacker, maintaing offensive pressure due to Unseen Fist deterring defensive plays. But notably, Urshifu-R counters Incineroar who can problematic towards Miraidon and Lunala compositions. (this whole thing is just meh. I would much rather see ways to beat priority from picking off urshifu-r aka farigiraf or non-restricted ways to get around miraidon aka chien-pao)
- Rillaboom and Incineroar synergizes work well with Urshifu-R as Fake out and pivoting moves create opportunities for Urshifu-R to safety switch in without breaking Focus Sash, as well as their typing allowing them to tank moves that Urshifu-R would be threatened by. Incineroar also threatens sizeable damage towards Psychic Types being Indeedee-F and Lunala with Knock Off. (mention that rillaboom can help vs miraidon)

- Urshifu-R heavily appreciates Calyrex-I, who threatens Rillaboom, Amoonguss, Koraidon, Miraidon, and Raging Bolt with Glacial Lance, while Urshifu-R can, in return, threaten Dark Types such as Incineroar, Chi-Yu and Chien-Pao who threatens Calyrex-I. As well as Calyrex-I’s Trick Room allowing for allows Urshifu-R to stay ahead of the opposing pokemon (I would add on to this, probably like "Calyrex-I's Trick Room allows Urshifu-R to stay ahead of opposing Pokemon that would otherwise outspeed it such as the aforementioned Miraidon and Koraidon").

Meanwhile, Urshifu-R's coverage against Dark Types also benefits Lunala, as well as Lunala's Moongeist Beam threatening Ghost-types like Flutter Mane (I think just mentioning opposing Lunala is better here, especially since you stated in the very first point that, thanks to Focus Sash, Urshifu-R can beat Flutter Mane). Incineroar also threatens sizable damage towards Psychic-types being like Indeedee-F and Lunala with Knock Off. Rillaboom helps reduce Miraridon’s oppressiveness damage output by removing Electric Terrain and while also being able to threaten Fake Out pressure.
