A great Attack and decent Speed stat in tandem with strong STAB moves amplified by Choice Band make Urshifu-R a fine wallbreaker. Since Surging Strikes hits three times, Urshifu is able to use this move to get past Focus Sash users like Excadrill and Terrakion and Substitute users like Togekiss and Aegislash. However, for this same reason, it has to watch out for bulky Rocky Helmet users like Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Tangrowth when using this move. Close Combat threatens various Water-resistant Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Rillaboom, and Kyurem. Aqua Jet sets Urshifu-R apart as a fast wallbreaker that is able to pressure Volcarona and Excadrill. Lastly, U-turn allows Urshifu-R to maintain momentum on foes that wall it, such as Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Slowbro, and safely bring in a teammate that can take advantage of them, such as Kyurem and Rotom-H. An Adamant nature improves damage rolls, notably allowing it to 2HKO Tangrowth with Close Combat, OHKO Excadrill and offensive Volcarona with Aqua Jet, and OHKO Dragapult with rain-boosted Surging Strikes. A Jolly nature, on the other hand, allows Urshifu-R to outspeed Rotom-H, letting it take it out from full health, as well as Adamant Urshifu-S and Kyurem with maximum Speed investment.

Urshifu-R fits best on bulky offensive teams, but it can be used on balance teams as well. Rain in particular is something Urshifu-R very much enjoys, as it amplifies the power of both Surging Strikes and Aqua Jet significantly. Therefore, Pelipper is an excellent partner, as it can set up rain and bring in Urshifu-R with U-turn. Kingdra makes for another strong wallbreaker in rain and synergizes quite well with Urshifu-R, as it can bring in Urshifu-R on special walls like Blissey with Flip Turn as well as clean up thanks to Swift Swim. Ferrothorn also benefits from rain, as it patches up its weakness to Fire, and can set up entry hazards, which soften walls for Urshifu-R to break.
As mentioned before, Pokemon that can take advantage of foes like Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Slowbro go very well with Urshifu-R, as it lures these foes in and pivots on them with U-turn to bring in a teammate, with Kyurem, Rotom-H, Alakazam, and Hatterene being prime examples. Calm Mind + Thunder Clefable is another suitable partner that can take advantage of Toxapex. Crippling or trapping the aforementioned walls with lures like Trick Clefable and Block Toxapex is a valid strategy too. Entry hazard support from the likes of Ferrothorn and Skarmory also helps wear them down. Urshifu-R is often forced out by threats like Rillaboom, Zeraora, and Dragapult, so Pokemon that can come in on these, such as Amoonguss, Clefable, and the aforementioned Ferrothorn, make for suitable teammates. Lastly, Urshifu-R appreciates Knock Off users like Clefable, Toxapex, and Zeraora removing foes' Rocky Helmet, as this could prove to be jeopardous to Urshifu-R otherwise.

May be worth mentioning that you also outrun opposing Adamant Urshifu, specifically Single Strike variants.

Crippling or trapping the aforementioned walls with lures like Trick Clefable and Block Toxapex is also a valid strategy.
Add a mention of hazards (Spikes) Ferrothorn here as it works nicely with Urshifu-R on Rain teams, crippling pex/amoong/bro/tang

this is very well done, 1/2

A great Attack and decent Speed stat in tandem with strong STAB moves amplified by Choice Band make Urshifu-R a fine wallbreaker. Since Surging Strikes hits three times, Urshifu is able to use this move to get past Focus Sash users like Excadrill, Terrakion, and Mew, and Substitute users like Togekiss and Aegislash. Mew hardly uses Focus Sash and even then, Surging Strikes does not OHKO so mentioning it is moot. However, for this same reason it has to watch out for resistant Rocky Helmet users like Toxapex, Ferrothorn, Amoonguss, and Tangrowth when using this move. I don't think Ferrothorn needs to be mentioned; it hardly uses Rocky Helmet as is and it's hardly going to switch into Urshifu-R on top of that. Close Combat threatens various Water-resistant Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Rillaboom, and Hydreigon Kyurem. Kyurem is a Pokemon you actually outspeed, and it's far more prominent right now, so I think it's a better example. Aqua Jet allows Urshifu-R to revenge kill various weakened faster threats, such as Volcarona, Excadrill, Zeraora, Alakazam, and Rotom-H. Aqua Jet can be stressed a bit more in my opinion; it is part of what makes Urshifu-R unique as a fast wallbreaker that can pressure Volcarona. The mentions here are a bit excessive too, in my opinion. I don't think you need to mention Zeraora or Rotom-H, and Alakazam is a shaky mention at best considering you'll need to chip it down a little bit first, which can be awkward to achieve. Lastly, U-turn allows Urshifu-R to maintain momentum on foes that wall it, such as Toxapex, Amoonguss, and Slowbro, and safely bring in a teammate that can abuse them, such as Kyurem and Rotom-H. For the record, we don't use terms with a negative connotation such as "abuse" it's better to say "make use of," "take advantage of," etc. This isn't really a QC comment but I still felt that it was worth pointing out. An Adamant nature improves rolls for both wallbreaking and revenge killing, notably allowing it to 2HKO Tangrowth with Close Combat, OHKO Excadrill and offensive Volcarona with Aqua Jet, and OHKO Dragapult with rain-boosted Surging Strikes. A Jolly nature on the other hand allows it to outspeed Rotom-H, allowing it to take it out from full, as well as Adamant Urshifu-S and Kyurem with maximum Speed investment.

Urshifu-R fits best on bulky offensive teams, but can be used on balance as well. Ferrothorn also benefits from rain, as it patches up its weakness to Fire, and can set up entry hazards, which soften walls for Urshifu-R to break. I think breaking up the paragraph here would be a good thing; it adds more clarity: a clear divide between what's run on rain teams and what's not. Calm Mind + Thunder Clefable has to be mentioned as a potential teammate. I would like to see Knock Off mentioned too; Rocky Helmet can be fatal.
