Urshifu tran tangrowth offense (First actual tryhard team)

Hello. This is my first team im posting here, hoping to get some good feedback for it.
Let's start.
Urshifu-Rapid-Strike @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Aqua Jet

The first member of my water fire grass core. hes able to poke a lot of holes in teams with its stab surg and cc. it can also revenge kill for my setup sweepers, which will come later. U-turn for offensive momentum, since this team is based around putting pressure until its good enough to clean in late game. Max atk and speed evs with the 4 in spdef, since its a classic band set.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 40 HP / 96 SpA / 252 SpD / 120 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Magma Storm
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Earth Power

the second member in my core and my spdef tank and stealth rocker. great check to pult, but be weary that it weakens you too much with shadow ball. the ev spread is to outspeed defensive magnezone, physical wall buzzwole, aegislash, and most calm mind tapu fini sets. Since its my special wall, i maxed out spdef and put 40 in hp to make pult uturns give a singular point of hp from lefties instead of lowering health. i put the rest in spatk. taunt to stop blisseys and toxapex, which works well with magma storm to trap and eventually ko, however may come at the risk of losing a wall to pult after seismic tosses and scalds weaken it down. earth power for other trans and to click something other than magma storm when trapping toxapex, since it has limited pp and 75 acc.

Tangrowth @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Def / 136 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Sludge Bomb/Knock Off
- Giga Drain

The last member of the core. tang is my defensive pivot who helps weaken foes for my sweepers. Leech seed and sleep powder are the more important moves here. Leech seed to weaken landos or urshifus that are in, which is useful for cleaning. sleep powder for stopping threats, such as zeroara bulk ups, and more importantly leaving them as possible setup fodder for my sweeper. sludge bomb is to do something against rillaboom on my switch in. You could run knock off to remove items, but tangrowth is practically setup fodder on sd rillaboom. The evs are max defense (for defensive pivot, obviously), enough spdef to make uninvested clef flamethrower 3HKO, and the rest is hp for extra bulk.

Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
EVs: 220 Def / 36 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Defog

my fast pivot and defogger. volt switch to keep momentum and heat wave for ferros that come in. Roost for longevity in order to continuously come in on physical threats or u turns so static can do its thing, and defog, because its a defogger (duh).the evs are max speed to kind of make up for the slowness of my core and phys def to come in on physical attackers that arent wary of static.

Tapu Lele @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast

My scarfer to make up for team control and late game cleaner. Psychic and psyshock puts massive dents in anything that doesnt resist or is immune, moonblast for stabs, weavile and pult caught off guard with scarf, and focus blast for heatrans and ferros that switch in. i run modest over jolly because 475 speed doesnt change what it outspeeds unless its scarf itself or setup.

Garchomp @ Leftovers
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Scale Shot
- Fire Fang

My setup sweeper. Pairs really well in the late game, having lele sweep after garchomp sd's and kos the remaining mons while lele deals with those who are weakened and survived. Earthquake for massive damage and stab, scale shot to boost speed and to hit what eq and fang dont, and fire fang for ferros, corvs, and tangrowths. lefties for extra bulk.

For a tryhard team, this is actually really good and it is every similar to a team I built a few months ago. The biggest thing I see here is that the evs are kinda clunky. Like, why the very complex evs? Anyway, I'll try to give some advice on it

There is only one major replacement for this team that I would suggest and that is

:tangrowth: --> :ferrothorn:

There is very little reason to use Tangrowth over Ferrothorn as a leech seeder. Tang does have sleep powder but it's not enough to justify it as the ubiquity of Ferrothorn means that the durian will just absorb it. Imo, the only reason to ever use Tangrowth over Ferrothorn is when you have a severe grudge against Kartana and even then, this set is not a good one to deal with Tana as you need focus blast, another move that is just that reliable. Anyway, with Ferrothorn, you take some pressure off Heatran to deal with threats like Lele while also being able to check Weavile, a mon that is a massive pain in the ass for your team. Ferro could also be the rocker on the team but if you want Heatran to keep it, then Ferro can go spikes

For the minor changes

What is with the evs on :heatran:? You don't need any complex evs on Heatran as it is a straightforward mon. Instead just go with 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe. Max out your hp and spdef. It's job is not to dish out damage but simply to use the passive damage from magma miss to dent its targets. Granted, the evs above is one that I personally use so that I can speed creep opposing Heatrans

The same goes for :zapdos:. Now, I would normally recommend Corviknight in this slot but doing so would make you really vulnerable to Magnezone so Zapdos will have to do and being able to render Kartana, Tornadus, Melmetal and its own Galarian form near helpless just from team preview is a nice thing to have. However, the evs are a bit clunky so I will give you a more usable spread. As a defensive mon, you do not need speed on this thing at all since its not Zapdos' job to outrun and kill stuff. You might also wanna consider u turn on this one otherwise ground types would block the volt switch. The other thing you might wanna consider is hurricane over heat wave because otherwise you would give free switch to Garchomp which destroys your team if it gets +1 speed. However, these are just things for consideration and not mandatory

On :tapu lele:, I do prefer modest nature on it since I like the extra firepower but you might wanna consider timid as well. I think there are some stuff that timid Lele can outspeed and would need to outspeed but right now, I can't exactly remember it. Also, you might wanna use future sight over focus blast since the move isn't really that reliable at all and Urshifu really needs fs otherwise Toxapex just griefs it for eternity

Finally, while I think lefties on :garchomp: is okay right now, there are more items you might wanna consider using such as yache and roseli berries just so you can beat Weavile or the fairies. However, just consider them. Replacing lefties with them is not at all that required especially since you have a scarf Lele which completely deletes it out of the game

Here is the updated team

Thanks for the points. Im usually use tang over ferro for barreskweda rain, since they run cc now, but i think ferro could fit better for every other situation. i could run the berry for weavile, but boots sd ones could ice shard after. however, i will try using your team and report results

P.S how did you put the icons in your reply? it would help make my future team rates look better. thx

Yache berry on chomp is more so that weav doesnt stop your garchomp sweep, not for you set up on it.

I would give Zapdos speed EVs to outrun Rillaboom. Also you don't need both psychic and psyshock on scarf set. Thunderbolt or Focus Blast could take its spot. Otherwise I agree with these changes

In my experience using these mons I prefer going more defensive on zapdos rather than trying to outspeed rilla, though this team make prefer that. As well as I find it nice to have both psychic and psyshock on even scarf lele, though usually go focus blast over fsight.
