I think the numbers on Diggersby and Mamoswine are botched - the only reason they are low percentage is because they were being re-tested as UUBL. And Diggersby just got banned again to UUBL.

EDIT: Looks like they fixed Diggersby issue, but Mamo still shouldn't have dropped either.
