Ceruledge barely avoided the drop, and Iron Hands definitely getting quickbanned from UU pretty quick. Also, looks like Wo-Chien and Weavile have settled in UU and RU respectively

Anyway the only fully evolved Rapid Spinner left for NU is Delibird :delibird:.

RU even kept Komala :komala: and Cryogonal :cryogonal:

Sticky webs could be a problem
 
Naclstack of all things is usable in a usage-based tier, even going so far as to make it into RU. I'm impressed.

I guess being the pre-evolved form of a Pokemon who somehow very surprisingly ended up being a defensive powerhouse in OU was a good think in its favor. Garganacl's power persists.

We have quite the eccentric mix of mons who made it into RU. This is quite the fun initial tier list we have.

I'm not super familiar with RU so I'm sure at least two of these are RU staples, but you can't give some of these to NU? It's just gonna be the Quaxwell meta.

I mean, it's not like you are really forced to run delibird, as the Oricorio forms can run decent utility sets with revelation dance / u-turn / roost / defog. Pom-Pom threatens out all three Defiant users too if it chooses to run a flying move over U-turn, so the hazard control isn't as atrocious as it seems at a first glance.
 
my 1st thoughts:
Iron hands dropping to UU is surprising, a lot more tyranitar are probably going to be running earthquake now

Rabsca in NU is also interesting, it has revival blessing and can deal a bit of damage on the side

Tera frosmoth and all oricorio forms are going to be pretty good quiver dance sweepers too

Chansey will completely wall any special attackers in NU

Most NU teams will need to run one of the few hazard control pokemon because of masquerain sticky webs existing

Defog Scyther :scyther: could even become a thing, in this context.
