Choice Scarf Togedemaru easily serves as an offensive check to newcomer Dodrio. Wouldn't recommend switching it into Dodrio but if it's healthy enough, 1 little Zing Zap easily disposes of it!

Pyukumuku is one of the best counters to Dodrio. Thanks to Unaware, it takes next to nothing from Dodrio's moves, even boosted. Simply Block, then Toxic stall it to death.

Lycanroc is probably one of the best offensive checks to Dodrio because it can outspeed, OHKO, and revenge kill it if needed with Stone Edge. It can even pivot into Brave Bird.

252 Atk Lycanroc Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Dodrio: 402-474 (154 - 181.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Carracosta @ Weakness Policy
Jolly Nature
Ability: Solid Rock

With Solid Rock and a Jolly nature, Carracosta is an excellent check to Dodrio. Jolly allows Costa to outspeed Dodrio after one Shell Smash, while Solid Rock ensures that it can survive an unboosted AoP+a Quick Attack after the Shell Smash. Once the opponent's priority users are killed or weakened, Costa can use Dodrio as setup fodder for a sweep.

Sash Omastar actually has the likes of dodrio as it can use It to get +2 while Ice getting a kill with Ice beam and setting hazards later,great offensive check

I've been using scarf Mane a lot lately, and with Dodrio dropping, It has been performing even better due to its ability to easily offensively check it. Similarly to Lycanroc, It can potentially switch into Drio's Brave Bird.(I don't recommend that though)

This is still a mon lol. Submitting a defensive check in Stunfisk. Z-move from Dodrio never KO's while Discharge damages Dodrio by a lot and has a chance to paralyze for something else to revenge kill. Iapapa is nice since it allows you to potentially activate your berry if they decide to pop their z-move. Looks like a fun mon rn with all the water types running around I might build a team around it in the future.

Cradily is the closest thing to a viable counter against Choice Specs Jellicent, as it soaks up the deadly Water Spout with ease and tanks Shadow Ball convincingly. Choice Specs Ice Beam never 2HKOs from full with Leftovers, so it’s always a switch in when healthy.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Jellicent Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Cradily: 168-198 (44.6 - 52.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

AV Lanturn serves as a check to specs Jellicent by easily switching into it and threatening with volt switch. It doesnt OKHO, but it is slower than max speed Jellicent, so it can severely damage Jellicent and allow you to send in any pokemon you want to revenge kill it.

I dunno how viable this set might currently be in PU but I'm submitting this specific set as a Jellicent counter. If they are ice beam then lol you're pretty much done for but it walls the OG set without much effort. EV spread makes Water Spout a guaranteed 3HKO after stealth rock so you won't have to risk dying from two of them. (Shoutout to Abejas who inspired me with his NU Viability Rankings post about Drampa)
