  • Arceus-Fairy is one of the best Stealth Rock users in the metagame thanks to its good matchup against common entry hazard removers in Ubers like Giratina-O, Corviknight, and Great Tusk. Arceus-Fairy also has a positive matchup against opposing entry hazard setters like Ting-Lu and Groudon, as it can comfortably deny entry hazards thanks to Taunt. Taunt also allows Arceus-Fairy to deny entry hazards from Pokemon like Clodsire that, by virtue of their typing and bulk, would have no problems setting them up against it.
  • Arceus-Fairy can also run options like Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave over Stealth Rock, giving it a way to punish Pokemon like Zacian-C and Clodsire even harder as they switch into it.
  • The given spread allows Arceus-Fairy to outspeed threatening Pokemon like Arceus and Palkia-O without a Speed-boosting nature. The remaining EVs are used to maximize physical bulk, which can let Arceus-Fairy better switch into attackers like Choice Scarf Koraidon and Chien-Pao. Another option is to run max Speed, which gives Arceus-Fairy a better matchup against opposing Calm Mind Arceus formes. However, the loss of bulk is very noticeable.

What differentiates Arceus-Fairy from other Calm Mind Arceus formes is its Dragon immunity, which grants it an invaluable defensive niche against some of the metagame's top threats, like Koraidon, and its Judgment being at least a neutral hit on the vast majority of the metagame, as Pokemon that resist Fairy are scarce.
  • The given EV spread allows Arceus-Fairy to outspeed Adamant Rayquaza while maximizing bulk. This allows Arceus-Fairy to avoid the 2HKO from Pokemon like Choice Scarf Koraidon and Jolly Life Orb Rayquaza.

  • Pokemon like Skeledirge can check Zacian-C and Koraidon for Arceus-Fairy and spread burns with Will-O-Wisp; the combination of Skeledirge + Arceus-Fairy checks Koraidon pretty well. Similarly, Landorus-T can act as a soft check to Koraidon and Zacian-C that can also provide both entry hazard and Taunt support. Pokemon that can check special attackers for Arceus-Fairy, like Ting-Lu and Clodsire, are recommended, as they also can set up entry hazards on the field for Arceus-Fairy to have an easier time sweeping late-game.

I think mentioning max speed timid is worth it just so the MU against opposing taunt arcs is better
