[SET COMMENTS]
Dunsparce offers tremendous upsides as a bulky Stealth Rock setter and paralysis spreader. Headbutt is a potent STAB attack when used in conjunction with Serene Grace, allowing Dunsparce to utilize paraflinch strategies to great effect. Body Slam is an option to provide great value in the form of boosted paralysis spreading. Glare enables these paraflinch maneuvers even further by being able to paralyze Ground- and Ghost-types like Gabite, Piloswine, and Misdreavus; Ice Beam is an alternative that allows Dunsparce to hit foes like Drakloak and Misdreavus while fishing for freeze as well. With full bulk investment on the special side, Dunsparce can reliably wall common foes like Frogadier and Wartortle.

As a Stealth Rock setter with reliable recovery and great support moves in Glare and Serene Grace-boosted Body Slam, Dunsparce fits best on balance and bulky offense teams with teammates that can use the disruption to their benefit, like Swords Dance + Substitute Gabite and Shell Smash Wartortle. Other teammates that benefit from Dunsparce's paralysis include Hex users like Drakloak and Misdreavus, as it bolsters their damage output tremendously against would-be checks like Tinkatuff. Dunsparce pairs well with Pokemon that can help stack entry hazards, like Frogadier and Koffing, which offer Spikes and Toxic Spikes support, respectively. Since Dunsparce occupies the Stealth Rock setter role, teammates like Gabite and Piloswine can use more offensively oriented sets to wallbreak more effectively. Quaxwell is a notable partner that can provide valuable hazard removal to prevent Dunsparce from being worn down, and Ivysaur can help Dunsparce with item removal and absorbing Toxic Spikes. Dunsparce is weak to a plethora of physical attacking foes like Monferno, Pignite, and Raboot, so Koffing and Quaxwell are much appreciated as switch-ins to them. Knock Off absorbers, like the aforementioned Monferno and Pignite, are also appreciated immensely, as they can help Dunsparce preserve its Eviolite to better spread status and disrupt foes throughout a game.

- Glare / Thief / Ice Beam Swap Body Slam and Ice Beam to the first set and Headbutt + Glare to the second set (more common); Thief is an OO move and being walled by Ghosts isn't that great

Dunsparce offers tremendous upside as a bulky Stealth Rock setter and paralysis spreader in the NFE metagame. Headbutt is a potent STAB attack in conjunction with Serene Grace, allowing Dunsparce to utilize paraflinch strategies to great effect. Glare enables these paraflinch maneuvers by being able to paralyze even Ground-types like Gabite and Piloswine; Thief can be used as an alternative to steal an Eviolite from a foe after Dunsparce's is removed. See above for reasoning With full bulk investment on the special side, Dunsparce can reliably wall common foes like Frogadier and Wartortle. Add more about Body Slam + Ice Beam

As a Stealth Rock setter with reliable recovery and access to great support moves in Glare and Thief I'd focus more on the paralysis aspect, Dunsparce fits best on balance and bulky offense teams with teammates who can use the disruption to their benefit, like Swords Dance + Substitute Gabite and Shell Smash Wartortle. Other teammates who benefit from the paralysis spread by Glare Dunsparce include Hex users like Drakloak and Misdreavus, bolstering their damage output tremendously on would-be checks like Tinkatuff. Dunsparce pairs well with partners that can help stack entry hazards, like Frogadier and Koffing which offer Spikes and Toxic Spikes support, respectively. Since Dunsparce occupies the Stealth Rock setter role, teammates like Monferno and Piloswine can use more offensively-oriented sets to wallbreak more effectively. Quaxwell is a notable partner that can provide valuable hazard removal to prevent Dunsparce from being worn down, and Ivysaur can help Thief Dunsparce with item removal and absorbing Toxic Spikes. Dunsparce is weak to a plethora of physical attacking foes like Monferno, Pignite, and Raboot, so Koffing and Quaxwell are much appreciated as switch-ins to them.

(Coil) Dunsparce @ Eviolite
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 220 SpD / 36 Spe
Careful Nature
- Coil
- Headbutt
- Bite / Glare

[SET COMMENTS]
Coil Dunsparce is an effective setup sweeper that leverages its natural bulk to rack up boosts against common foes like Quaxwell and Clefairy both can run Encore so make sure to mention that for them Headbutt is the STAB attack of choice because of its boosted flinch rate provided by Serene Grace. Bite allows Dunsparce to hit Ghost-types and also benefits from Serene Grace; Glare is an alternative to allow Dunsparce to setup its own paraflinch opportunities, though it misses out on being able to hit common foes like Drakloak and Misdreavus. Dunsparce invests in the special side since it racks up Defense boosts with Coil, and the Speed investment ensures it outpaces foes like Hattrem, as well as paralyzed Piloswine and Tinkatuff.

An effective late-game setup sweeper, Coil Dunsparce fits well on bulky offense teams that offer support it by spreading paralysis via teammates like Misdreavus and Tinkatuff. Other paralysis spreaders like Clefairy and Hattrem are valuable as they can help with entry hazard support as well, with Hattrem offering Healing Wish support in the event Dunsparce gets afflicted with a status. Other offensive teammates that can leverage the paralysis spread include Drakloak and Pignite; Drakloak uses boosted Hex to break past walls like Tinkatuff more effectively, while Pignite can use the Speed drop from paralysis to break past faster foes like Girafarig, Misdreavus, and Vigoroth. Quaxwell is a valuable teammate to keep hazards removed, preventing Glare Dunsparce from getting worn down while it spreads paralysis. Ivysaur and Koffing offer valuable switch-ins against Fighting-type foes like Monferno and Pignite and can absorb Toxic Spikes on their side, which keeps Dunsparce from getting poisoned to keep it healthy for a late-game sweep potentially. Dunsparce does not like to get burned, making teammates that can absorb Will-O-Wisp from foes like Koffing and Misdreavus valuable; Clefairy, Monferno, and Pignite are great options to both absorb the burn attempt and disrupt with Knock Off. Offensive Stealth Rock setters like Gabite, Monferno, and Piloswine are valuable, since Coil Dunsparce doesn't fulfill the hazard setter role and appreciates shared checks like Quaxwell being pressured. Misdreavus can help against Quaxwell as well, acting as a secondary paralysis spreader and spinblocker. If Dunsparce isn't running Bite, mention teammates that can tackle Ghost-types on

Dunsparce offers tremendous upside as a bulky Stealth Rock setter and paralysis spreader in the NFE metagame. Headbutt is a potent STAB attack in conjunction with Serene Grace, allowing Dunsparce to utilize paraflinch strategies to great effect. Body Slam (i would say "is an option to provide..", using "also" makes it seems like it's not meant to be slashed if that makes sense) also provides great value in the form of boosted paralysis spreading. Glare enables these paraflinch maneuvers by being able to paralyze even Ground-types like Gabite and Piloswine (mention how Glare is a more reliable para spread move than bslam and it can hit ghosts); Ice Beam is an alternative that allows Dunsparce to hit foes like Drakloak and Misdreavus (while fishing for freezes). With full bulk investment on the special side, Dunsparce can reliably wall common foes like Frogadier and Wartortle.

Since Dunsparce occupies the Stealth Rock setter role, teammates like Monferno (monferno rarely ever runs rocks, maybe mention gabite instead) and Piloswine can use more offensively-oriented sets to wallbreak more effectively. Quaxwell is a notable partner that can provide valuable hazard removal to prevent Dunsparce from being worn down, and Ivysaur can help Thief Dunsparce with item removal and absorbing Toxic Spikes (remove the thief part). Dunsparce is weak to a plethora of physical attacking foes like Monferno, Pignite, and Raboot, so Koffing and Quaxwell are much appreciated as switch-ins to them. could be good to mention knock absorbers because eviolite is so futile to check all the special guys
