Paragraph 1 (3-4 lines approximately)

Rapid Spin allows Excadrill to remove hazards for it's teammates, while also giving Excadrill a speed boost to let it outspeed Pokemon such as Latios and Fezandipiti. Leftovers allows Excadrill to offset any chip damage it sustains from Pokemon such as Fezandipiti and Thundurus-T, allowing it to check them easier. 32 HP and 252 Special Defense allows Excadrill to take on special attackers such as Latios and Thundurus-T, while 168 Speed allows Excadrill to speed tie Ribombee and outpseed Greninja at +1. Alternatively, 76 Speed with a Jolly Nature can be used to reach the same threshold at +1 Speed while allowing Excadrill to invest more points into HP. However, this comes at the cost of power, such as never OHKO'ing physically defensive Rotom-W after Stealth Rock. Tera Ghost allows Excadrill to avoid Fighting-type attacks from Pokemon such as Galarian Zapdos and Cobalion, while also giving it a Rapid Spin immunity to help block opposing Excadrill and Donphan in a pinch. Tera Dragon allows Excadrill to flip it's Fire- and Water-type weakness, allowing Excadrill to temporarily take on Pokemon such as Heatran and Greninja.

Paragraph 2: (3-4 lines approximately)

Excadrill fits best on bulky offense and balance teams, who appreicates its reliable hazard setting and removal ability while also being able to check dangerous Pokemon such as Latios and Thundurus-T. One of the biggest annoyances to Excadrill is Skarmory, as it can easily switch into Excadrill, punish its Rapid Spin with Rocky Helmet and then lay down Spikes again as Excadrill is forced out due to the threat of Rocky Helmet. Therefore, Pokemon that can either remove Skarmory's Rocky Helmet, such as Conkeldurr and Lokix, or use Skarmory as a switch in opportunity to start wallbreaking, such as Thundurus-T and Skeledirge, are great partners to Excadrill. Grass-types such as Hydrapple and Ogerpon are major annoyances for Excadrill, as they can easily switch into Earthquake and threaten it with either Earth Power or Ivy Cudgel respectively. Therefore, Pokemon such as Heatran, Fezandipiti, and Galarian Zapdos that can switch into and threaten out Grass-types are heavily appreciated. Spike setters such as Skarmory and Gastrodon are great partners for Excadrill, as they can help wear down checks to Excadrill such as Hydrapple and opposing Gastrodon, while in return Excadrill can help against Pokemon such as Thundurus-T they might struggle against. Hazard weak Pokemon such as Assault Vest Tornadus-T, Conkeldurr, and Lokix are great partners for Excadrill, as Excadrill can Rapid Spin away hazards for them, while in return they can take on Pokemon such as Greninja and Zarude that might take advantage of Excadrill.

Alternatively, 76 Speed with a Jolly Nature can be used to reach the same threshold at +1 Speed while allowing Excadrill to invest more points into HP. (The second spread guarantees Excadrill to survive Ogerpon-C's Power Whip if Rocks are not up) However, this comes at the cost of power, such as never OHKO'ing physically defensive Rotom-W after Stealth Rock. Tera Ghost allows Excadrill to avoid Fighting-type attacks from Pokemon such as Galarian Zapdos and Cobalion, while also giving it a Rapid Spin immunity to help block opposing Excadrill and Donphan in a pinch. (Would also mention Superpower from Ogerpon-C) Tera Dragon allows Excadrill to flip it's Fire- and Water-type weakness, allowing Excadrill to temporarily take on Pokemon such as Heatran and Greninja. Would also mention you gain a grass resistance, which gives you a more favorable matchup against Ogerpon.

Would also mention Rotom-W here, as it can easily switch into Skarmory and can force it out and gain momentum with Volt Switch. I would also mention Torn here over Heatran since Hydrapple can ruin Heatran's day with Earth Power and Ogerpon can gradually wear down Heatran with Knock Off, Torn can immediately threaten the two. Spike setters such as Skarmory and Gastrodon are great partners for Excadrill, as they can help wear down checks to Excadrill such as Specs Hydrapple (Most Hydrapples in UU run Boots) and opposing Gastrodon, while in return Excadrill can help against Pokemon such as Thundurus-T they might struggle against.

Really well written Analysis, just a few things here and there.
