My UU Balanced Team!

Introduction

Hello everyone, and this is my first team, and post on smogon. Hopefully, I do this right, but this is my UU team. I wanted to build around mega-swampert, and let's get right into it!
In-Depth
swampert-mega.gif

Armstrong (Swampert-Mega) @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

Mega-Swampert is a huge threat. If it gets a rain dance up, most of the tier is getting killed in 1 hit. With the double speed, and boosted water type moves, it's scary in any situation. Ice punch allows Swampert to hit mons like salamence and noivern. It does have trouble with other water types though. Since water moves are neutral against him, if he set up the rain, it takes a lot of damage.

infernape.gif

Bruce Lee (Infernape) @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fire Punch
- Mach Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Close Combat

Infernape is my favorite mon, as you could probably tell by my avatar, but he is a monster. Gyrados is no longer a switch in against this thing. I sometimes switch between life orb and expert belt, but it gets the job done either way. Quagsire and Swampert counter this thing though. The only way I could counter that is grass knot, and I don't like wasting a space on Nape for that.

roserade.gif

Smexy (Roserade) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain

I usually use Roserade as a suicide lead. Get the pairs of spikes up, and deal out any damage that I can. sometimes, i use her as a revenge killer, but it's not my most viable choice for one. Escavalier or Bronzong counters this thing, though. I'm deciding to either get rid of toxic spikes or spikes for hp-fire, and make it more offensive .

zapdos.gif

Sparkxx (Zapdos) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Heat Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Defog
- Roost

Zapdos is pretty much a support mon. It can get rid of hazards, then heal right back up. It's a common set, but gets the job done, thick fat mamo counters it pretty well. Zapdos is one of the best defoggers in the tier.

florges.gif

Florges @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy

Florges is a tank. Takes hits, and deals out around 20% to an aggron. (Don't remember if it was mega) Status conditions can really ruin my team, especially burn. It's job is to basically get rid of status conditions and get out some chip damage.

cresselia.gif

Princess (Cresselia) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Moonblast
- Moonlight

This mon catches most people off guard. Calm mind isnt as common as it used to be. Plus, moonblast is a killer to salamence, and other dragons. I prefer Psyshock over Psychic because of blissey and other specially defensive mons.

Conclusion

Any suggestions? Thank you for reading my first post!

These descriptions are a bit lacking, but I'll try to help you out.
  • First off, you want to run Swords Dance>Thunder Punch and Flare Blitz>Fire Punch on Infernape. Both of the Elemental Punches are a bit lacking compared to Flare Blitz and Swords Dance can allow Infernape to sweep late game. The ability to Swords Dance on the switch can easily pressure most Pokemon that come in to wall it(barring Salamence)
  • Next, you said you wanted Roserade to be a Suicide Lead. Then you should run a spread of 252 SpAtk/252 Speed/4 SpDef with a Timid Nature. If you want it to be a dedicated lead use a Focus Sash, if not then use Life Orb, as Roserade can still be an attacker
  • Because you are using a Spike Stack team, you definitely want a Rapid Spin user over a Defog user, so I would recommend Forretress over Zapdos. This allows you to retain the hazards you've already set, while clearing your opponent's hazards. Forretress can check a lot of the same things that Zapdos can, and it has amazing synergy with Florges.
  • Florges has a lot of natural Special Defense so investing in SpDef is redundant. The spread should be changed to 252 HP/232 Def/24 SpDef with a Bold Nature. This spread allows you to sponge Physical hits as well as Special hits
  • I don't know if the Cresselia spread is a mistake, but you are missing quite a few EVs, it should definitely be 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef with a Bold Nature. This spread eats most physical hits while boosting the SpDef as well with Calm Mind. The spread and set looks fine, as it is fairly standard.
A lot of the Pokemon are fine, but the sets/spreads needed a little tweaking.
