*SV Districts UU is the 3rd SV UU tier, but the UUPL restrictions are very relaxed, so that you can still play in this slot if you are a UUPL player. However, the standard tier restrictions still prevent you from playing SV UU in this slot if you have played an SV UU game in UUPL by end of UUPL Week 3. Please note this tier has very special rules so it's not simply SV UU, it's a bit of something else.

** DPP UU will undergo several changes this tournament, as follows: Sleep inducing moves are banned (aka "sleep moves clause"). Clefable is banned. Smeargle is unbanned.
*** ADV UU will be unofficially testing Kadabra and Smeargle! As a result, Kadabra and Smeargle will be unbanned
**** GSC UU will undergo several changes this tournament, as follows: Baton Pass is banned, Smeargle is unbanned
***** RBY UU will be unofficially testing Hypno, Lapras, and Articuno. As a result, Hypno, Lapras, and Articuno are all unbanned for this tour. Please note that all other standard RBY UU rules apply (i.e. partial trapping moves are, for the moment, still legal). Despite the sprite above, Smeargle is not unbanned in RBY UU.

  • Rookie of the Year - Given to a rising SV UU Star who performed the most outstanding in their first ever UU Subforum Team Tour
  • Managerial Gold - Given to the manager who was very respected and really got the most out of their team
  • Most Surprising Player - Given to the player who exceeded anyone's expectations and surprised us all
  • Heat Creationist - Given to the player who used the most outrageous (but effective) sets during the season. NOT given to a player who used outrageous but bad sets.
  • Happening Star - Given to the player who was most active and involved in keeping the UUFPL season exciting and engaging for all
  • Comeback Superstar - Given to the player who made the biggest positive turnaround between last year's UUFPL and this one.
  • Next Player Up - Given to the best bench player/sub during the season
  • Tributary Extraordinaire - Given to the player who performed the best as tribute during the season
  • Best Utility Player - Given to the player who performed the best in multiple tiers throughout the season

:bw/Eelektross: Tiebreaker Rules :bw/Primeape:​

Pursuant to Capital Resolution 33.22B, UUFPL V will resume following the official rules as follows in case of a tiebreak scenario:

1. The default tier for a Tiebreaker will be SV UU.
2. Managers then pick one tier each from remaining tiers for a 3 tier tiebreak.
3. The UUPL Tier Lock is strict and remains in effect for Tiebreakers unless both managers agree to cordially waive it. However please do not try to peer pressure the other manager to do so because that's mean.
4. In the event of a Standings/Seeding Tie (i.e. no tiebreaker matches required as both teams are already in, but points and differential is the same), the team with the highest Tributary Score will be ranked higher in the standings.

RE: Black Ops Spidops managers :spidops:

At the start of the draft, the Black Ops Spidops mangers were both unavailable. As a result, Accel and Killintime volunteered to manage the team at that time and complete the draft nearly entirely on their own (except for near the end when Petros showed up). Due to the fact that they have remained dedicated to the team and their success even after the draft, they are also both considered co-managers of Black Ops Spidops for all other purposes moving forward.

violet river v. tb0lt - This game was played 2 hours after the deadline. Normally this will not count, but all sides, including the losing team, agreed to let it count anyways. As such, tour host vivalospride has declared it acceptable to count it and it will count as a game played for the week.

Pursuant to edict of the self-proclaimed new President Luigi Coin, Here are your District specific Pokemon for Week 6:

District 1: :sv/Tapu Koko:

District 2: :sv/Tapu Fini:

District 3: :sv/Tapu Lele:

District 5: :sv/Pheromosa:

District 7: :sv/Buzzwole:

District 8: :sv/Kartana:

District 9: :sv/Blacephalon:

District 10: :sv/Zeraora:

Districts 4, 6, 11, and 12 were not granted District Pokeemon.

SV District UU Players are able to use their District specific ND mon (with ND legal set) within their UU team (except no Z moves, Hidden Power, or Pursuit, obviously). They cannot use the others for the other Districts. Teams must otherwise be UU-legal. Play your games in National Dex Ubers format to avoid confusion. Players are not obligated to use their district pokemon if they don't want to, but they are prohibited from using the other ones. (please note that your movesets for your mons other than your ND mon should be SV UU legal).

They cannot use the others for the other Districts. Games should be played in SV Ubers format to avoid confusion. Players are not obligated to use their District Pokemon if they don't want to, but they are prohibited from using the other ones.

re: jam vs ExguardiaN - jam is awarded act, as ExguardiaN failed to appear at the scheduled time, managers were tagged more than 10m after scheduled time and no substitute was provided within 20m of ping (pursuant to new rule).

re: Dusk vs Corporate Donkey - Corporate Donkey has not been on Smogon since Sunday. Dusk's managers gave all 7 Spidops managers Dusk's last period of availability, one hour in advance, and no sub or player was provided within that window. Dusk is awarded act win.

No other districts were granted District pokemon.

SV District UU Players are prohibited from using any district specific pokemon this week, except for their own district specific pokemon. That is the only restriction. They are not obligated to use their district pokemon if they don't want to, but they are prohibited from using the other ones.
