UU offensive Tailwind Team

First I'd like to say that english isn't my first language, so please don't mind my language.
I play UU a lot and 1 week ago orso I made a hyper-offensive team in NU, so I thought why don't I try one in UU, I;ve had decent succes with my team and my rang is 1594 the reason why i think it does so is because UU had way better and more walls than NU.
But anyhow the team :)

Lead: Mew
Mew @ Normal Gem
Trait: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Magic Coat
- Tailwind
- Explosion
The way it works is to set up rocks first turn(or Magic Coat rocks),
then to set up a tailwind or clear the way for a sweeper with explosion,
Magic coat is there for taunt or other non attacking moves.
I tried using Azelf with a sash Stealth Rock lead but it isnt as good as mew because unlike Azelf mew can take attacks and make sure explosion kills with normal gem, not forgetting that Azelf is way too predictable in the team preview.

Assist: Whimsicott
WhimBitchcott (Whimsicott) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Encore
- Leech Seed
- U-turn
- Tailwind
The idea is simple switch it in on a move it can take encore the openent into this move leech seed for more recovery and to force switches, U-turn for momentem / scouting and tailwind as final move so a sweeper can clean house.
First i used Substite instead of U-turn but U-turn fits better on a offensive team.

Sweeper / Spinblocker : Chandelure
Chandelure (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 120 HP / 128 Spd / 252 SAtk / 8 SDef
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Energy Ball
Chandelure with a Tailwind is great, where normally it struggles with it's speed it can now abuse it's super high base special attack off 145
Nothing enjoys switching into it and almost everything gets 1 / 2 hit KOd by it because of it's specs.
Fire Blast and Shadow Ball are main stab, HP fighting is there for steel/dark types and finally Energy Ball is there for the many bulky water pokes

Sweeper: Victini

Wii-Create! (Victini) @ Choice Band
Trait: Victory Star
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- V-create
- U-turn
- Bolt Strike
- Zen Headbutt
Victini is awesome in UU it always 2hitKOs a gligar with stab banded V-create, Boltstrike is there for bulky water pokes, U-turn for scouting and momentem and finally Zen Headbutt for stab and other option for V-create.

Sweeper: Flygon
Tony (Flygon) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Fire Punch
Flygon is underrated and a great poke in UU with few steel types out there spamming banded outrages is the thing it does, Eartquake is other stab and a good way of dealing with those steel types out there although being locked into this isn't always good with flying types and levitate.
U-turn is there for momentem and Fire Punch is a good way of dealing with bronzong(who has levitate)

Scarver / Sleeporder : Heracross
HeraBoss (Heracross) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Sleep Talk
Theres a reason why Heracross is #1 most used poke in UU, it wreckes shit
when almost everytime people expect it to be moxiecross I'm running a Guts one to take Will-o's and Sleeppowders.
because otherwise the team would rely too much on Tailwind I gave it a scarf.
CC abd Megahorn are both stab ridicilously powerfull moves Stone Edge is there for gligar because he(or she lol) is a good counter for heracross

Feel free to give advise I'm not sure about flygon or victini

I would ditch the HP EVs on Chandelure and go 252 Spe. With that small amount of speed investment Chandelure is still outsped by base 100 scarfers, which are quite common.

The team is really dependant on Tailwind, and only having 4 turns to use it is not a very long time. Once Mew blows its self up, only Whimsicott can set up Tailwind. I think Tornadus would be a good fit for this team, as it has access to Prankster Tailwind. I think it should replace either Victini or Flygon with it. Here's the set:
Tornadus @ Flying Gem
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Acrobatics
- U-Turn
- Taunt
- Tailwind

Heracross is really not that great. It has a pretty low speed stat compared to other Scarf users, and most teams are overprepared to deal with it due to its high usage. Mienshao is a far superior Scarf user, it's the fastest common Scarf user in the tier and can destroy things with an extremely powerful Hi Jump Kick. It can even potentially deal with Gligars with Hidden Power Ice. Set:
Mienshao @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Reckless
Naive Nature
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- Hidden Power Ice
- U-Turn
If HP Ice isn't appealing to you, then Drain Punch or Aerial Ace could replace it.

That's all, hope this is helpful!

Thanks for the advise I run physical Tornadus much on other UU teams and it wrecks XD
But if heracross is gone then who can take Will-o or sleeppowder?

In my opinion, Heracross doesn't really take Sleep Powder. Sleep Talk is a pretty terribly lucky based strategy, and hoping that Heracross will happen to use the move you need it to is not going to owrk in the long run. And what happens once Heracross wakes up? You're choice locked into Sleep Talk, guaranteeing you to switch out or die.

The way I see it, you just need to use Magic Coat and Taunt smartly in the beginning of the game. The most common time someone is going to be trying to put something to sleep is at the start, so leading with one of your Tailwind setters lets you either bounce the sleep back at the opposing pokemon or Taunt it so it can't use it.

Burns I don't think should be that problematic for you, you have two fire types immune to burn and you have Whimsicott, which doesn't care about a burn.
