At a Glance:
I've been playing around with this new UU team for a little while now, and it has ultimately worked out to my advantage. I recently played a UU game with my old team, and was told "UU is a much different pace than OU. Can't be too aggressive." With this advice in mind, I decided to make a more defensive-minded UU team. The main advice I'm looking to recieve is what to switch with what in order to create more type diversity while still remaining defensive [2 weak to dark, 2 weak to fighting, and 2 weak to psychic could be better]
The Team:
Agatha (Froslass) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
Moves: Spikes, Taunt, Destiny Bond, Ice Beam
A decent suicide lead in my opinion. Froslass has the speed to taunt numerous leads, as well as being a non-spinnable spiker. Ice Beam helps in dealing some STAB damage, but mostly there in case of a Taunt.
Bonaparte (Hitmontop) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
Moves: Foresight, Rapid Spin, Close Combat, Sucker Punch
While giving me some stable defense, as well as being a little bit of a puncher, Hitmontop comes in handy. Being able to Rapid Spin is always a plus, but being able to hit Mismagius with a Close Combat is even better. Predicting a switch and using Foresight on those Calm Mind Mismagius' always wins. Sucker Punch for hopeful priority and even more help against ghosts and possible Psychics.
Reefer (Venusaur) (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Energy Ball
- Sludge Bomb
Weezing used to be in this slot, but after playing with a Defensive Venusaur, I highly approve. Sleep powder adds some more status coverage, while leech seed helps in the healing of numerous team members slightly along the lines of Umbreon's Wish. Energy Ball and Sludge Bomb are their for STAB as well as helping Venusaur be usefull even in the eyes of Taunt.
Bro (Slowbro) @ Leftovers
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
Moves: Slack Off, Surf, Psychic, Calm Mind
Slowbro is another one of those tanks I just love. With access to Twave, a healing move, and 2 stabs, Slowbro gives me a little bit more coverage in the status as well as the attacking areas. Surf just keeps Slowbro covered from numerous Stealth Rock setters as well as gives him the aforementioned STAB, while Psychic hits those fighting-types as well as occationally lowers Sp.Def, which only benefits Slowbro's damage output.
Luna (Umbreon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP/164 Spd/92 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
Moves: Wish, Payback, Protect, Toxic
What's there to say? Now that Umbreon has been bumped down to UU, I figured it would be a shame not to take advantage of this wonderful dark guy. Toxic helps with the overall mood of the team, while Wish helps heal some of my hitters like Registeel, Slowbro, or Hitmontop. Protect to scout and aid in Wish, Payback for STAB.
BoneZone (Registeel) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/100 Atk/156 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
Moves: Iron Head, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave
Registeel is one of those pokemon I could do with out, but being able to set up Stealth Rocks as well as having a variety of resistances does have its upside. Iron Head for STAB, EQ for some damage. Registeel also helps take the electric attacks from Slowbro as well as setting up Toxic for even more wear-and-tear on the opponent's team.

Anyways, give me some adivce, tell me what you think, criticize away.
[Changes will be done in green. Thank you]
