UU Phazers?

I'm trying to think of some decent Phazer sets for Pokemon that we don't see too often. Blastoise and Swalot both interest me.

Calm: 252 HP, 128 Def, 128 SpDef
Haze
Rapid Spin
Mirror Coat
Hydro Pump

This Blastoise serves two purposes, Hazing and Spinning, both of which are very important. Mirror Coat for awesomeness, and Hydro Pump for anything not using Special Attacks. Mirror Coat can also be replaced with Aqua Ring if you want lastability.

Yawn
Pain Split
Toxic
Amnesia/Acid Armor

Simple idea here. Yawn, then defense up on the switch. Choose either depending on your team. You could even go with Stockpile for both, but you can only use it 3 times, so watch out for that. Pain Split for HP restore and damage. Toxic for more damage. Can also be replaced with Gunk Shot so Taunters can't totally wall you.

If ADV UU is anything to go by you won't really need pseudo-hazers: things are so fragile in that metagame that you can simply bring in a heavy hitter to get rid of a Calm Minder or whatever.
