UU RMT #1

So this is my first UU team and RMT. I have extreme success in the UU ladder with this team with only a couple losses. I need help to make this team the best it can be.

Regirock @ Life Orb
Adamant
252HP 252 Att
~Explosion
~Stealth Rock
~Hammer Arm
~Earthquake

This guy is more of a anti lead. most of the time he wont set ur SR. Usually just explode on uxie nidoqueens or anything too bulky that i dont want to take on later.

51.png

Dugtrio @ Choice Band
Jolly
252Att 252 Spe
~Aerial Ace
~Earthquake
~Stone Edge
~Night Slash

This is ur basic revenge killer. Jolly nature allows me to outpseed Mismagius for the nightslash KO. I'll get this guy in after one of my pokes died.

211.png

Qwilfish @ Leftovers
Adamant
Ability :Poison Point
252HP 252 Att 4Spe
~Explosion
~Spikes
~Poison Jab
~Waterfall

Qwilfish has some bulkiness and doesnt die as fast as it seems. Its always sets up spikes. Poison Jab for those tangrowths and waterfall for some stab.
Qwilfish is meant to set up spikes then explode.

346.png

Cradily @ Leftovers
Careful
252Hp 252 Def
Ability: Suction Cups
~Stockpile
~Toxic
~Recover
~Rock Slide

Cradily is such a beast. It comes in and sets up a toxic then starts stockpiling, recovering when needed to increase toxic damage. Rock slide destroys those flying type with STAB. The only problem Cradily has is against Registeel and Venasaur. Registeel always paralyzes it and could never set up with toxic. Rock slide does nothing as well as with Venasaur. It cant set up toxic and Rock Slide does nothing. venasuar always sleep powders me and then SD. I Have many tough times with Venasaur and have lost mainly because of him.

465.png

Tangrowth @ Leftovers
Bold
252HP 252Def
~Earthquake
~Power Whp
~Sleep Power
~Stun Spore

THis is a doublepower set from smogon and it works very well. Just sleep then paralyze the secondary counter.

243.png

Raikou @ Leftovers
Timid
252SpA 252Spe
~Calm Mind
~TBolt
~Sub
~HP Ice

I'm not liking this Raikou as I find it dies fast and cant come in on many moves. It takes to long to sub then calm mind then always end up breaking my sub and bringing a counter.

Other considerations to replace raikou

@ leftovers
adamant
technician
252Hp / 252 Atk
~mach punch
~fake out
~close combat
~bullet punch

57.png
@ choice scarf
adamant
252 atk/ 252 spe
anger point
~ close combat
~ice punch
~earthquake
~stone edge

so this is my team. please give me your guys's opinions because i want to make this team the best it can be. i really enjoy using this team as its fun so i don't want so many changes but anything necessary i would change.

Interesting team, but I noticed a problem with you'r lead, with the growing popluratiy of frolass leads, you really need to consider a anti lead that won't let it get more than one layer of spikes.
The only move that regirock has to harm frolas is EQ, and that will 3hit KO the bulky ones at best, letting them get 3 layers of spikes, and even if you added stone edge to the set, you're still giving the opponent 2 layers of spikes, and with you're teams large ice weakness, you might want to consider a frolass counter.
Heres my suggestion:

Hariyama @ Toxic/ flame orb
252attack/ 50hp/ 200def
Guts Ability
Adamant Nature
Fake Out
Close Combat
Bullet Punch

This set is great at countering Froslass leads, with payback and bullet punch, Froslass will only muster one layer of spikes. This set is also great and countering Venasour leads if you opt for ice punch.
Pay Back/ Ice Punch

Of course if you want to keep Regirock, i suggest adding a spinner.

Hm i will try the hary lead and it sounds good as i always have trouble with venasaur a lot with a sleep powder and a SD. Today i have met a couple of Feraligatrs with 1 SD swept like 4guys so that's a problem too. Im also thinking of replace raikou for technitop because i need a spinner. I usually don't have trouble with froslass as i bring in Dugtrio and nightslash it.

Try Stone Edge or Rock Slide over Hammer Arm because of STAB. Maybe try U-Turn on Primeape for scouting?
Other than that, nice team.
