Just wanted to post to tell you that there is too many ev's listed for qwilfish... I would try taking out curse for Heal Bell on umbreon also since most of your pokemon cannot rest to rid themselves of status.

Well i do have Blastoise to take status and Tomb has Rest too, however id like to run Heal Bell too as its pretty underated and then i wouldnt have to run Sleep Talk on Blastoise and could replace it with something cool. Thing is, without Curse this team has problems with Clefable. >.<

I play UU myself and I got destroyed by an Umbreon I think might be beneficial to you.

I do not know the EV's or nature but the moveset was Curse/Payback/Moonlight/Heal Bell.
I absolutely got destroyed by this thing, its not a joke. I think this might be the Umbreon you need, even though you lose Wish Support.

Max Sp.Def Umbreon is no joke, hardly anything beats this on the special side and the amount of foes ive beaten with this alone because they cant touch it is kind of shocking. Ev'd to be able to beat LO Moltres 1 vs 1 and not ever be 2hko'd by +2 Raikou if for some reason it actually gets past Steelix, i can say Umbreon is a major player for special foes to beat and is almost on par with Chansey and has been amazing for me so far. Passing Wish allows me to keep my team healthy and also keep Umbreon alive. Payback is a pretty cool move, because Umbreon is pretty slow it powers up Payback to a massive 150 BP after STAB letting me nail many threats hard with it. NP Mismagius, even NP LO HP Fight does lol damage and beat it 1 vs 1 very convincingly. Curse is amazing late game and lets me beat most walls who have recovery easily and can sweep with entry hazards up and beats CM Clefable 1 vs one.

First off, what tier are you using this in?
It says "Scizor Bait" in bold right on the top, but you said this was an UU team, am I correct.
Protect is the preferred move in that slot, as it allows you to wish, then protect to recover if nessesary.
Toxic might be used if you need an attack other than Payback, as it allows for some more Gallade coverage if needed.
all in all, an excellent team.

I would probably consider Sassy over Careful on that Umbreon.As it allows you to achieve the payback boost quicker while still keeping your special bulk to take hits.Your speed isnt really all that important due to the fact that its getting lowered thanks to curse.

I would also probably consider Thunderbolt over Sludge bomb.Sure Sludge bomb gets STAB but it provides medicore coverage and Fire Blast already decimate the things that Sludge Bomb would.
