In Detail:
Persian (F)@ Life Orb
Jolly / Technician
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
~ Fake Out
~ Hypnosis
~ U-Turn
~ Bite
Probably the best annoyer and lead in UU. This little kitty ruins Focus Sashers with Fake Out, and I usually nab a free Sleep with Hypnosis. U-Turn out, dealing at least 25% of an average Pokemon's health. Bite works great with Technician, and is often used against the pesky Ghosts that float around this Tier. Always max Speed, as I don't want anything outspeeding this. Dump the rest into Attack, and the remainder into HP.
Scyther (M)@ Choice Band
Jolly / Technician
42 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
~ Aerial Ace
~ X-Scissor
~ Night Slash
~ Brick Break
Choice Band Scyther dominates a UU metagame overrun by sturdy, yet slow sweepers. Scyther competes with high Attack and high Speed; the description of a Physical Sweeper. Choice Band surprises many Physical Walls in UU, often OHKO'ing or 2HKO'ing them with STAB X-Scissor or Aerial Ace. Night Slash is for ghost and Psychic Types, and Brick Break "Breaks" those Steels such as Aggron. Technician boosts the power of Aerial Ace to a respectable 90 BP, and with it never missing, it is probably Scyther's most reliable form of Attack. Jolly for the Speed, and with 216 EVs, it reaches 330 Speed. Max Attack, and dump the rest into HP.
Ninetails @ Choice Specs
Timid / Flash Fire
6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
~ Hidden Power Water
~ Overheat
~ Energy Ball
~ Dark Pulse
My main Special Sweeper and useful Fire resistance. Hidden Power Water counters opponents' Ninetails, Overheat provides good STAB, Energy Ball for coverage, and Dark Pulse for hitting Special Walls in UU such as Hypno, Grumpig, and Claydol. Timid for max speed, and the rest of the EVs go into SAtk. She packs quite a punch with Choice Specs.
Claydol (N/A)@ Leftovers
Calm / Levitate
252 HP / 252 SDef / 6 SAtk
~ Rapid Spin
~ Stealth Rock
~ Earth Power
~ Ice Beam
My main Special Wall. Seeing as both of my sweepers are weak to Stealth Rock, a spinner is absolutely mandatory. Claydol packs quite an impressive Special Defense stat, and also carries Stealth Rock. Earth Power gets STAB, and Ice Beam provides coverage. Also a useful Ground immunity for my team. Max HP like always, max Special Defense, and the rest goes into SAtk.
Meganium (F)@ Leftovers
Bold / Overgrow
252 HP / 56 SAtk / 202 Def
~ Energy Ball
~ Aromatherapy
~ Leech Seed
~ Reflect
My main Physical Wall, and what a good one she is! Meganium is probably the best supperter in UU, and has respectable defenses to back it up. Energy Ball for STAB, Aromatherapy helps my team greatly, as I lack a status absorber. Leech Seed can heal my other Pokemon, as well as sapping some of the enemy's health. Relfect helps with switching into Physical threats. Always max HP, and enough SAtk EVs to reach 250. Dump the rest into defense.
Nidoking @ Choice Scarf
Rash / Poison Point
200 Spe / 56 Atk / 252 SAtk
~ Thunderbolt
~ Earthquake
~ Hidden Power Grass
~ Ice Beam
Choice Scarf Nidoking has net me many surprise kills against many Pokemon that plague my team, such as Swellow. I come in for the revenge kill on the opponent's Swellow, and surprise them with a OHKO from Ice Beam or Thunderbolt. Hidden Power Grass takes care of the bulky waters, and Earthquake for STAB. Max Sp. Atk garuntees a OHKO on Swellow, and the EVs give Nidoking 384 Speed, outspeeding max Speed Swellow by one point.
