Hello all. I've been UU battling recently and I've found that I've quite liked it. Unfortunally, my team is HORRIBLE, so I would like advice.
Lead:
Adamant w/Leftovers
Rock head
252 Hp/252 Att/4 Def
-Sub
-Stone edge
-Avalanche
-Focus punch
Once it gets up a sub, this thing wreaks absolute havoc with its impress attack. Obvious Sub-Punch idea going here. Stone Edge is for stab and Ghosts. Avalanche takes chucks off Claydol and Nidoqueen. Leftovers is to recover health lost in Subbing.
Physical-ish wall/Spinner:
Bold w/Leftovers
252 Hp/144 Def/114 Sp.Def
-Stealth rock
-Rapid spin
-Earth power
-Psychic
My mixed wall and spinner. Earth power is for a good stab, Psychic is also Stab, and handles Fighting types quicker, before they can really do damage. Stealth rock is because of extra damage and Rapid spin because most of my pokemon can't take too many hits(Looking at you, Sharpedo)

Lanturn is awesome =)
Lanturn is my sleep absorber, since this team hates Venusaur. Rest is for instant healing(I don't see many electric attacks these days). Thunderbolt and Ice beam are for coverage.

-Night slash
-Superpower
-Psycho cut
-X-scissor
Absol is a powerful finisher with a choice scarf. Night slash is for stab and the crit rate. Psycho cut is for poisons(Weezing, Venusaur, Muk) and Fightings(provided they don't mach punch me). X-scissor is for darkies, and superpower is for steels(And Absol will not be staying in longer anyway).
Mixed Sweeper:
Hasty w/Life orb
128 Att/128 Sp.att/252 Spe
-Aqua jet
-Surf
-Ice beam
-Earthquake(possibly replacable with crunch)
My mixed sweeper. This thing can hit HARD even with this nooby ev spread. Surf is for stab, Ice beam is for grassers. Aqua jet is to take down those Hitmons hopefully before they punch Sharpies paper defences. Earthquake is for Steels, but I have heaps of ways of dealing with them, so maybe crunch for stab?

-Thunderbolt
-Shadow ball
-Psychic
My last pokemon, and my most reliable. Ice beam and Shadow ball are for Stab, psychic is for Fighters and thunderbolt is for waters and coverage.
Problem pokemon:
Hitmontop- For all my steps to avoid being swept, it's still a problem. After Claydol is gone, a Bullet punch+Mach punch top could sweep.
Absol- With it learning superpower, nothing on my team counters Sword dance-Sucker punch-Superpower versions. Switching between Claydol and absol helps.
Clefable- It's annoying because I can never guess what it will do. Wall breaker sets are particulary annoying.
Lanturn- None of my pokemon like Surf-Thunderbolt. Other ends up in a stall war between lanturns.
