Re: Trades

We have chosen to allow trades. To prevent abusing this, trades will only be allowed between players having a difference of one round in the pick order. For example, someone picked in the 2nd round will only be allowed to be traded with a 1st round, a 2nd round or a 3rd round pick. Trades will only be allowed prior to the posting of Week 2.

With the posting of Week 2, the deadline for trades is now exceeded meaning managers are no longer allowed to trade any players.

Re: Torchic vs. Diophantine

Torchic initiated scheduling early in the week, Diophantine suggested that the weekend, specifically Sunday would be ideal for him. Torchic mentioned that they had limited availability on Sunday but proposed a 3 hour window where they'd be able to play. Diophantine never replied to this despite multiple attempts from Torchic to confirm a time for their game, messaging Diophantine both on Discord and Smogon to which Diophantine failed to reply despite being active in other areas of Smogon. As there was no response to confirm a specific time, Torchic showed up at the time he suggested he was available at and Diophantine failed to show up. Diophantine showed negligence throughout the scheduling process, at times taking multiple days and back to back messages from Torchic to get a response. Diophantine's managers were informed of this multiple times and agreed to provide a substitute if Diophantine failed to show up within the 3 hour window. The managers were informed after Diophantine failed to show up but failed to provide a sub for nearly 5 hours after Torchic's availability window had expired. While it is true that no exact time was scheduled for, it is also important to note that an exact time cannot be scheduled if one player just refuses to respond to multiple scheduling attempts or propose any times, both on Discord and Smogon which left Torchic no choice but to just show up within the 3 hour window he had initially suggested and hope his opponent showed up as well.

Result: Torchic is granted the activity win over Diophantine.

EB0LA has been forum banned therefore will be removed from the tournament. The Lake of Outrage Sandacondas have selected Unowndragon as his replacement and will be able to play Week 4 onwards.
