UU Team I threw together...

Just wanna know how it looks so far.

Aggron@ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 HP/252 Attack/6 Def
Ability: Doesn't matter...
Movepool
Stone Edge
Thunder Wave
Stealth Rock
Roar

~Not a common set, but I find that it works pretty good in UU/BL Play.

99.png
Kingler@ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Speed/6 HP
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Movepool
X-Scissor
Crabhammer
Rock Slide
Brick Break

~My main physical sweeper. Relies on Rain Dance from others to give Crabhammer an extra boost. Why no Waterfall or Aqua Jet?!

462.png
Lumineon@ Life Orb
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 HP/252 SpA/6 Speed
Ability: Swift Swim
Movepool
Ice Beam
Surf
Rain Dance
HP [Grass]

~ Outspeeds most Pokemon in BL/UU Section, I added the 6 in speed for a little boost, I probably should have made it more, just in case. Hits a lot of things.

Modest+Life Orb+Rain Dance= Pwange

206.png
Dunsparce@ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Attack/144 HP/36 Def/ 76 SpD
Ability: Serene Grace
Movepool
Thunder Wave
Headbutt
Bite
Rock Slide

~ Oh snaps its Dunsparce!!! Kinda like a ParaFlinchKiss except sucky attack. I decided I'd give it a chance since most people will not ^_^. All I'm basically trying to accomplish is hoping they get Paralyzed or Flinched, with added help from Serene Grace.

101.png
Electrode@ Life Orb
Nature: Hasty
EV's: 252 Attack/ 44 SpA/212 Speed
Ability: Soundproof
Movepool
Explosion
Thunder
Rain Dance
Light Screen

~ Electrode can outspeed Everything in BL/UU assuming that they do not have a Choice Scarf... than I'm pretty sunk... anyway, Explosion for when I get weak and needy, BOOM! Thunder is good for when Rain Dance is out. Light Screen for Special Sweepers to give me more time.

321.png
Wailord@ Leftovers
Nature: Careful
EV's: 92 HP/164 Defense/252 SpD
Ability: Water Veil
Movepool
Curse
Rest
Waterfall
Earthquake

~ In most eyes, its like I'm saying... screw Avalanche, I'm using Waterfall. But I really felt like I needed Waterfall for STAB, since I can hit a lot of things with Waterfall and EQ. So its like Curselax in water-form.

Aggron@ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 HP/252 Attack/6 Def
Ability: Doesn't matter...
Movepool
Stone Edge - Thunder Wave - Stealth Rock - Roar

~ IMHO Aggron does not make a good lead, as in the majority of cases it's going to be forced out before it can accomplish anything.

Against fast sleepers you will be reliant on their attack missing, and against the popular fighting type lead it has no choice but to turn tail and run.

Its worth nothing at this point, that you actually have nothing to resist the fighting and ground type attacks that are likely to be thrown in Aggron's direction.

This moveset worries me as it really isn't playing to Aggron's main strength, it's decent attack. There are dozens of pokemon that do support better than Aggron, and even amongst rock/steel types both Propobass and Bastiadon are generally better choices for a support role.

You might also want to consider that the one attack you have selected for Aggron, Stone Edge, has low PP and is resisted by Fighting, Ground, and Steel types, the types that are most likely to switch into it.

Kingler@ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Speed/6 HP
Ability: Hyper Cutter
Movepool
X-Scissor - Crabhammer - Rock Slide - Brick Break

~ Despite being cooler, Kingler is, I'm afraid completely outclassed by Kabutops as a Rain Dance physical sweeper. Being reliant upon Choice Scarf for speed and having only the one STAB is a real problem for the king crab. Kabutops by contrast gains the speed boost from Swift Swim, has two STABs to work and is not locked into a move, all in all making it a more effective sweeper. (It also has Waterfall and Aqua Jet ; ) )

321.png
Wailord@ Leftovers
Nature: Careful
EV's: 92 HP/164 Defense/252 SpD
Ability: Water Veil
Movepool
Curse - Rest - Waterfall - Earthquake

~ Good luck with this ... the only times I've seen Wailord accomplish anything it has been the CScarf Water Spout set.
As I'm sure you are aware, by foregoing Avalanche you leave yourself easily walled by the bulky grasses (Meganium/Leafon especially) and Altaria can easily switch in and possibly set up.

Personally I'd drop it for a fighting/ground resist ... Rotom might work, as he could take advantage of Rain Dance to abuse Thunder. Or you could use Claydol who would be able to set Stealth Rock freeing a slot on Aggron for another attack.

462.png
Lumineon@ Life Orb
Nature: Modest
EV's: 252 HP/252 SpA/6 Speed
Ability: Swift Swim
Movepool
Ice Beam
Surf
Rain Dance
HP [Grass]

~ I've never used it, so I can't really offer you any suggestions with this.

Howeverwith three water types and their shared weakness of Electric/Grass you will really want to invest in some more resistance ... Electrode is your only electric resist, and you have nothing that resists grass

101.png
Electrode@ Life Orb
Nature: Hasty
EV's: 252 Attack/ 44 SpA/212 Speed
Ability: Soundproof
Movepool
Explosion
Thunder
Rain Dance
Light Screen

~ I'm not a huge fan of Explosion of Electrode, as not only does it divert much needed EV's from Special Attack, it's explosion isn't all that powerful anyways. Obviously only running the one attack you're going to be walled by Electric types, grass types and ground types forcing you to switch or Explode.

206.png
Dunsparce@ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EV's: 252 Attack/144 HP/36 Def/ 76 SpD
Ability: Serene Grace
Movepool
Thunder Wave - Headbutt - Bite - Rock Slide

~ I'm not really sure what he adds to the team, as this set doesn't really offer that much synergy with the Rain Dance theme.

As a more general point you're team has issues with status, Wailord can deal with Burn, but that's about it ... you really don't want Lumineon paralysed or anything poisoned.

Can I recommend you consider investing in Vileplume as it give you a means of dealing with status, and important resistances to grass/electric.

Hope this was some help.

*Don't know why it's showing up in bold half-way down*
