UU Team - Needs work...

This is my UU team that i've been playing on Shoddy for a bit. Its going ok, but could do with a revamp; I went with a Fire Grass Water synergy combo, backed up with a Ghost / Normal Defensive Core.
Mainly the team wins with Venasaur or Miltank setting up and sweeping, and I dont want to do anything to provac that. The Omastar lead is doing Awesome, Moltres is a monster with Life Orb, but is easily revenged, Miltank is doing its job well and Rotom has only set-up screens and died... :p. This brings us to the late-game sweeper, with screens Glscor should have no problem setting up, right? WRONG! Its just not working out and I would want to replace it.
Thats when YOU come in XD! Ok, here it is, Rate my Team!...

In Depth Look:

Omastar, @ Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Shell Armor
EV's: 252 HP, 176 Def, 80 SpD
Moves:
- Stealth Rock
- Surf
- Spikes
- Ice Beam
- - -
This thing has yet to disappoint, ALWAYS getting up Stealth Rock, which is my first choice in move, unless I predict Taunt, in that case I surf or Ice Beam accordingly. Standard EV's, this thing laughs as Ambipom and other Fake-out Leads, which are both 2HKO'd by Surf. Really havn't had any problems yet, and Omastar starts my team off well.

Venusaur @ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Overgrow
EV's: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Moves:
- Sleep Powder
- Power Whip
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- - -
The first member of the "offensive Life Orb core" This thing has swept so much, after a Swords Dance its destructive power gets me about 2-3 kills a game! Good coverage with Grass and Ground, and sleep support also helps out my team. Nothing much to say, so far its been the best member of the team.

- - -
Moltres @ Life Orb
Nature: Modest
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 40 HP, 252 SpA, 216 Spe
Moves:
- Overheat
- Fireblast
- Air Slash
- Hidden Power (Electric)
- - -
This thing can hit HARD! Its my wall breaker of sorts, with good synergy teamed with Venusaur, it can switch in with ease and Blow stuff up with the move of my choice. It seems to cause alot of switching so the Stealth Rock and Spikes soon add up. I dont mind changing the set if you have any sugestions, Wouldn't mind keeping this thing out for longer but its easily revenged.

- - -
Rotom @ Light Clay
Nature: Timid
Ability: Leviatate
EV's: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Spe
Moves:
- Refect
- Light Screen
- Thunder Bolt
- Will-O-Wisp
- - -
Rotom is my dual screener, 'nuff said XD. Other than that he goes well with my Miltank and sets up screens for my whole team to take advantage of! I don't mind replacing him or modifying him in anyway, feel free to make some suggestions.

Miltank @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Thick Fat
EV's: 252 HP, 138 Def, 120 SpD
IV'S 0 Spe
Moves:
- Curse
- Gyro Ball
- Milk Drink
- Earthquake
- - -
This is my creation, using a slightly altered version of the curse set, I take advantage of Curse and Gyro Ball combo', I use Earthquake as it provides good coverage with Gyro Ball. Relaxed Nature + Def - Spe, and 0 Spe IV means gyro ball will be powerful, especially after a Curse. This thing has swept on numerous occasions, after switching in on Sandslash and other bulky things which cannot touch it.

Gligar @ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EV's: 252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Moves:
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
- - -
Final member of my team, and its not working too well. Its failed every attempt to get a sweep in, even in Screens, and I NEED a replacment to this. Willing to ty anything, just give me some suggestions...

Closing Words:
I hope this was ok, and thanks for reading.

You should replace Gligar with Donphan,Donphan have the same electric immunity, provide rapid spin support that help moltres and not have quadruple ice weakness and also resistance to rock typing. You also have priority in the form of Ice Shard that your team lacks.Donphan also provide nice synergy with Moltres as they have nice synergy (even they share same weakness to water but Gligar also does)
Definitely HP Grass on Moltres as with HP Electric you are completely walled by Lanturn and can hit you hard with STAB Thunderbolt,HP Electric also give you free Duggy switch in and then can KO you with Stone Edge

hello there. very interesting team here. do have some nitpicks tho.

i first noticed how this team is next to walled by bulky waters (namely lanturn and milotic,) and how badly you are destroyed by rhyperior. to have a chance at all 3, switch venasaur to a defensive set.

Venasaur@Leftovers
overgrow
Calm/Bold Nature. 252hp/252spd/4def
Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
Energy Ball
Sludge Bomb

This set Gives you a Chance aganist those bulky waters (as Long as it Dosent Carry ice beam) and can hold its own aganist rhyperior (as long as it dosent carry megahorn.) Sludge Bomb is only for a secondary stab, if you can Find another replacement for it, be my Guest.

Now, For Gligar... With the absurd Dominance of flying types and levitators in uu, Spikes are truly uselss. i would agree with taking out gligar for donphan, and using donphan as a lead. The set for donphan you ask?

Donphan@Leftovers
Sturdy
Adamant Nature. 252atk/52hp/204def (i prefer maxing out hp and def, but whatever)
Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Ice Shard

Donphan keeps the rocks away, Clearing Molters For a sweep, as that is what this team Should aim for. donphan does cover the electric weakness that molters has. now, if you make these replacements, you have a nasty ice weakness. to take care of this:

Lanturn@Leftovers
Volt Absorb
Calm Nature. 42hp/252spd/216def.
Heal Bell
Surf
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

Thought Milotic dident you? not this time. Lanturn Laughs at all electric, ice, and water attacks, (somethinig milotic cannot do) completely covering every weakness to the corrosponding pkmn. its grass weakness is checked venasur, and the ground weakness is checked by rotom. both weakness are checked my molters. note that Heal bell is a hg/ss move, so if you cany give it to lanturn, toxic and thunder wave are completely viable.

Hope my rate helps.

Thanks guys, I am now testing Donphan for a lead, it works ok, but since its my lead it dies quickly and cannot Rapid Spin late game. I am using it over Gligar now and it works ok.
As for the ice weakness I am testing out Lanturn over Miltanks, and it works well, it does what Milly used to and better. I remove status with Heal Bell and get some statuts of my own with T-Wave.

Thanks for your rates guys. :)

If you want something over Gligar, try Rhyperior. With it's massive attack and Hp stat, coupled with Dual Screens, its hard to take down.

Rhyperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Nature: Jolly
-Rock Polish
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Megahorn

RP set walks over basically the whole metagame, bar Bulky Water's which are taken care of by Venusaur. Its perfect for Bulky Late Game sweeping.
