UU team numero Uno

Here is a UU team I came up with

260px-068Machamp.png

Machamp (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- DynamicPunch
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge

My lead guy is Machamp. Now I have heard of some people in the past using a Machamp lead and I thought it would be cool to use one as well. His No Guard lets me hit DynamicPunch and Stone Edge 100% of the time and Ice Punch is a good move in general (Though can be replaced with Payback). When People think I am going to use DynamicPunch they will switch into Chandelure or Cofagrigus to predict when in reality I get a free Bulk Up. Machamps job is to take down as many guys as possible.

230px-395Empoleon.png

Empoleon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 126 Def / 130 SAtk
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Scald
- Ice Beam

After Machamp goes down Empoleon is up next. His job is to set up the Stealth Rocks and then Roar people out to take damage. I have a stab Scald to get the Burn and Ice beam for more coverage and if I am lucky get a freeze. Empoleon is also fairly bulky so he can take the hits.

429Mismagius.png

Mismagius (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Confuse Ray
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

Next up comes my Favorite pokemon on the team Mismagius. She is fast with 252 Spd EV's plus a timid nature so she can get off a confuse ray right off the bat. Then while the opponent is confused she sets up a Nasty Plot or two. Finally she sweeps most of the guys team away.

Porygon2-porygon-401506_180_180.jpg

Porygon2 @ Eviolite
Trait: Download
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Thunder Wave
- Ice Beam
- Tri Attack

Porygon2 is my Special Defense wall and my anchor. When I am losing and need a comeback he is the guy I turn to. His download ability lets me get (most of the time) a boost in Special Attack. Then I can take guy after guy down with Ice Beam and Tri Attack. I have Recover so after taking to many hits i can get my HP back to full and Thunder Wave to slow the opponent down. Tri Attack is good because it can cause Status on guys like Nidoking who are unaffected by Thunder Wave.

gligar.jpg

Gligar (M) @ Eviolite
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Taunt
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Second to last is Gligar. He is the guy to switch into when i'm facing guys like Darmanitan or when i fear the toxic from an Umbreon. His Stone Edge and Earthquake take down most guys and then I can roost of any damage he takes. Gligar will wall most guys i need him to as long as there aren't any crits.

Darmanitan.jpg

Darmanitan (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide
- Superpower

Finally we come to Darmanitan. Darmanitan is switched in throughout the game to cause massive damage to the opponents team. He has stab Flare Blitz and combined with Sheer Force, a Choice Band, an Adament Nature and 252 Atk EV's, Darmanitan will sweep any guy I need him to.

Hello, I'll throw in my feedback.

I'd suggest Substitute over Bulk Up on Machamp; since he forces a lot of switches, he can get a Substitute up for free, then fire free DynamicPunches that dish the damage and induce the rage. It can put the opponent under a lot of pressure with Substitute and DynamicPunch, and overall Substitute is just really useful.

I'd suggest SubPetaya Empoleon over the defensive, since it gives you a second special sweeper to go on if Mismagius can't be useful. Spamming Sub, Agility, and getting the SpA and Torrent boost is excellent, and Empoleon can really do a sweeping job once it gets going.

Again, I'm going to suggest Substitute over Confuse Ray on Mismagius as well. Mismagius can get the Sub up to avoid status and set up NP as it likes. SubNP is a pretty good combo so that should do as well.

I'd say Porygon2 should use a 252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD with a Calm Nature to balance out overall bulk and make Pory2 hard to take down both physically and specially. I'd also put Trace over Download since Trace allows it to copy things like Regenerator and Flash Fire so it can check threats or even use an opponents ability to its advantage.

I'd put Nidoqueen or Rhyperior in place of Gligar, since Gligar imo isn't very good in this metagame. Nidoqueen can pose a solid offensive threat while checking Fighting and Electric-types in the tier, making it quite useful, while Rhyperior can do a nice job at checking Electric-types in the tier.

I'd put 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe with a Jolly Nature over the spread, and a Life Orb. Darmanitan's Flare Blitz with LO+SF is already extremely brutal, while it needs the speed if it plans on sweeping anytime soon (since it's insanely frail). That's all I gotta suggest.

Summary of changes:

BU------>Substitute on Machamp
Defensive Empoleon------>SubPetaya Empoleon
Confuse Ray------>Substitute on Mismagius
252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD------>252 HP / 176 Def / 80 SpD on P2
Gligar------->Nidoqueen
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD------>252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
CB----->LO

Sets:
Empoleon @ Petaya Berry
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Agility
- Surf
- Ice Beam

Nidoqueen @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 156 HP / 252 SpA / 100 Spe
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Ice Beam

Just a few little suggestions:

There are better bulky waters than Empoleon for entry hazard phasing, specifically Swampert. I'd go with him instead.

Why are there only 5 Pokemon? Am I missing something...?

Confuse Ray is not a reliable enough way to ensure the Nasty Plot boost. I honestly think that Thunderbolt should take its place. Now, this may seem like Mismagius has no hope of boosting at all now, but it's just because you're not sending in Mismagius at the right moment. Let's say Scarf Mienshao just took out your Empoleon. THIS would be a situation in where you would send in Magius and do the Nasty Plot. Or you could just outright switch into a choiced fighting attack. Or you could switch in on a Pokemon that can't counter Mismagius such as a wall... You get the idea.

You have two defensive Pokemon and not a specially defensive one. That is generally not a good thing. Personally, I'd put Umbreon in Gligar's spot.
