UU TMNT like a BOSS

So i've been having a crapload of fun with this TMNT team on PO, have a look/rate/comment:

Raphael (Torkoal) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: White Smoke
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Lava Plume
- Yawn

Raphael, Primary lead and Physical wall. Survives STAB EQs and SE's and neutral hits, and Yawns/Spins/SRocks as required. Lava Plume is surprisingly powerful, burns are useful, and his typing works in my favour in countering many common physical sweepers in UU. I usually send him out as my lead to get rocks up, and a physically defensive poke for the fake-out users is helpful. If they can't touch me, i'll yawn either on the switch or to force it, which usually guarantees SRs up. If they lead with a taunter, i'll switch straight to Blastoise for a specs water spout.

Michelangelo (Shuckle) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Rest
- Power Split
- Protect

Michelangelo, Special Wall. Power Split and toxic provide many opportunities to cripple walls and sweepers alike, force switches or allow me to bring in a counter on a crippled opponent to blast away or set up. I am able to switch shuckle in on almost any special attack and proceed to toxic/power share away. Shuckle is also effective at absorbing status, Rest being included for that reason and for some much needed recovery. Once an opponent is under toxic and power share, i can protect/rest stall them out. This set can be taunted and set up on with substitute, which makes accurate prediction important and Torterra's Roar useful in many situations.

Donatello (Blastoise) (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Water Spout
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Donatello (shiny blastoise is purple ;)), Lead support and Choice Specs sweeper. The choice set is fairly unorthodox and rarely expected, as instead of a rapid spin or uninvested Scald you're hit with a full power STAB Water Spout, which will do a ton of damage to anything unresisted. Hydro Pump is a huge late-game asset once bulky waters are toxic'd by shuckle or eliminated by Torterra. This Blastoise set also makes a good counter to Nidoqueen and most Water, Fire and Steel types (which cause shuckle some trouble), as well as the rock and ground types that threaten Torkoal. The Max Speed/Timid provides a critical surprise factor with the power to eliminate many threats quickly and effectively. Ice Beam and HP electric for coverage.

Splinter (Machamp) (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- DynamicPunch
- Stone Edge
- ThunderPunch

Master Splinter, Standard CB Dynamicpunch set. I considered the Sub+leftovers set but i wanted Machamp to come in and hit hard, confuse the opponent and switch out more frequently. I know, not technically a rat, but Mienshao is OU - and with his relative bulk i can confidently switch into some resisted attacks and hit back. Hard. SE/Ice/Thunder Punches for coverage, EV's to hit as hard as possible while outspeeding uninvested base 60 pokemon (Empoleon specifically). Machamp would benefit from cleric or pursuit support, but in keeping with my theme options are fairly non-existent. Payback is an option but i would lose useful coverage on Ground and water, while Stone Edge provides reliable damage with No Guard on the switch.

Torterro (Torterra) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Atk / 200 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Leech Seed
- Wood Hammer
- Earthquake
- Roar

Torterro (had to make one up...) Physically defensive Bulky Seeder/Phazer and a core team-member. Takes out the steel types that wall shuckle and the bulky water types that are a staple on most every competitive UU team. I tend to Leech seed everything, however a relatively uninvested Wood Hammer or EQ is nothing to scoff at coming off base-109 attack. I don't end up using roar a whole lot (counter-productive with leech seed), but it's required for phazing Substitute users (e.g. Mismagius) who otherwise prove difficult to deal with. Torterra plays a critical utility role in completing the F/W/G core with Torkoal and Blastoise and complementing the weaknesses of the team well. It suffers from lack of Synthesis but it rarely has the opportunity to use it as it is often threatened by strong Flying-, Fire- and Ice-type attacks and forced to switch out.

Leonardo (Carracosta) (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Solid Rock
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Shell Smash
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Aqua Jet

Leonardo, Shell Smash set, pretty standard. I honestly find him the most difficult to use as he is very predictable. Have to keep him in the bank for a late game sweep as his special defense is average and he can't take common fighting-type attacks. After a boost he can make a huge dent in the opposing team, but life orb recoil and general frailty have him falling fairly quickly. I can't risk the SE miss so Rock Slide is preferred, with EQ to round out coverage and Aqua Jet for some much needed priority. The choice of Solid Rock over Sturdy is primarily due to the prevalence of entry hazards in UU, which cannot always be spun away rendering Sturdy useless. Solid Rock enables him to take priority Mach punches and other super effective hits much better. Adamant over Jolly as i really need the extra punch, as with Life Orb over White Herb.

I've actually been surprised at how well this team works together. I'm using what seems like a random bunch of turtle pokes but their synergy is fairly impressive. the F/W/G core works wonders and the team has been very competitive in the UU tier thus far.

Plus, you're the freaking TMNT.

Enjoy, let me know if there are any tweaks you can advise, alternate sets or EV spreads.
