Ursaluna is not currently banned on Smogtours, but as the suspect vote concluded before the Week 4 thread went up it is banned for Week 4 (I am not going to make a player ping for this as it is implied and is also explicitly stated on the Week 4 post).

The Xenodoublades and the Primarinas shall engage in a tiebreak! The Xenodoublades have selected BW as their tiebreak tier, the Primarinas have selected SV. Therefore the managers (Lily avarice Monky25 Estarossa) of these teams should send me lineups in this format:
