Uxie

[SET]
Move 1: Trick
Move 2: U-turn
Move 3: Stealth Rock
Move 4: Thunder Wave / Psychic
Item: Choice Scarf
Nature: Impish
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 HP / 196 Def / 62 Spd

Why this Deserves to be on Site
- Uxie hits 362 Speed with this set with the Choice Scarf and can outspeed Scarfed Base 115s
- Can effectively Take down leads, Such as Ferrothorn, Taunt / Stealth Rock Azelf, and walls such as Forretress, Chansey, and Blissey
- U-turn Provides Scouting and Switch initiative and helps you take the hit the opponent hits you with due to their Increase in Speed from the Choice Scarf, or hit the incoming switch in, So that you can go to an appropriate counter.
- Adaptation of 4th Gen Set

Additional Comments
- Can Cripple Fast Sweepers With Thunder Wave
- Extremely Bulky with Given Ev Spread, giving it the ability to take CB Scizor's U-turn and losing 66.95% - 78.81%, and taking a Plus 2 Adamant Dragonite's Outrage and losing 77.4% - 91.53% --- Uxie May not be living with a large amount of HP, But it shows the Bulk it has to take even the most powerful attacks
- Yawn can be used To Force a Switch and Set Up Stealth Rocks
- Heal Bell can be used over Thunder wave to heal teammates

Teammates and Counters
- Scizor and Tyranitar Can Kill Uxie as they take Pitiful damage from its Moves
- Gengar can Substitute on Uxie's Thunderwave, and 2HKO it with Shadow Ball
- Tornadus has Priority Taunt, which would cause Uxie to Switch out if it is locked into Trick
- After its Scarf is gone, It is susceptible to Being Toxiced by Other Walls
- Ferrothorn is a Good teammate to Set up Hazards, because Uxie would cause lots of switches with Fear of Thunder wave in the fast paced Metagame
- Heatran can Take Ghost and Dark type attacks aimed at Uxie, while Uxie can Take the Ground and fighting ones

Why not just slash Trick on the analysis that's already on-site?

TBH, I think they work differently. I have been using TrickScarf Uxie for quite a while and I think it's biggest perk is its ability to effectively cripple 2 of your opponent's Pokemon using Trick + Thunder Wave and then come back as a defensive pivot later on in the game.

And @ OP,
I think you should have Yawn slashed in and mention how annoying/useful Yawn + U-turn can be.

Why not use 72 Speed EVs? You still survive brutal attacks from Scizor and Dragonite (Pokemon you emphasized) but you speed tie with other 244ers trying to outspeed Tyranitar.

Speed creep I'd imagine. It's not good practise to try and outspeed opponents that specifically try to outspeed others, since they can just invest more EVs to close the difference.

You should add Rapid Spin support to the "Teammates & Counters" section, since Uxie will have to switch out a lot if it still holds the Scarf during the game, causing hazards to be a problem.

I've seen this set in action, and it's underwhelming. You may possibly catch someone by surprise, but if the opponent knows what you're up to, it's rather dead-weight. I'd rather have Azelf, Mamoswine, Heatran, Deoxys-D, etc in this slot, all of them having more "economic" use than this Uxie.

QC Rejected

Yeah, I don't see this thing faring too well in today's metagame, since it basically offers little support after all's been said and done. Pretty much the same things Pocket said.

QC Rejected 2/3
