Uxie

sorry this is really WIP right now, gonna work on this throughout the week

[OVERVIEW]

  • Versatile, can support the team or go for a sweep of its own
  • Extensive list of support moves, including, Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Yawn, U-turn, Memento, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, dual screens, and even Heal Bell
  • Solid 75 / 130 / 130 defenses
  • Base 95 Speed is amazing for a defensive mon and allows it to basically choose what it wants to outspeed
  • Typing and ability gives it resistances to Fighting and Psychic as well as an immunity to Ground-type moves
  • However, it also gives it weaknesses to Ghost-, Bug-, and the ever common Dark-type, including a weakness to Knock Off
  • Vulnerable to Pursuit trappers such as Sneasel, Houndoom, Spiritomb, and Drapion
  • Lack of reliable recovery makes it easy to wear down

[SET]

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

  • Stealth Rock is Stealth Rock, and Uxie is one of the better users of it available in the tier
  • Thunder Wave is really useful for slowing down / crippling offensive Pokemon
  • Yawn is good for forcing switches and can mess up the opponent's strategy
  • U-turn is nice to get some chip damage while grabbing momentum
  • Psychic is a good STAB move against neutral offensive Pokemon and Fighting-types
  • Although Uxie isn't the best user of it due to its lack of reliable recovery, Heal Bell is an option to allow Uxie to heal status conditions for its team
