Introduction
I am tired playing teams with a weather introducer, so I came up building a team without those weather freaks. I tried a Trick Room team, unfortunately it's lame. SmashPass, also lame. Also tried BatonPass team, fail again. But sometimes it is successful but having obvious flaws. So I didn't last long to those teams. So, I built a team without fancy introducers nor BatonPassers. Here goes, hope you will find it interesting.

Team-Building Process

So I came up creating this team with Jirachi and Terrakion. They are probably weak on ground-type moves, so...

You don't know why I added Rotom-Wash in the team? Well, I don't know either. Lol just kidding, Rotom-Wash is so mainstream! "An electric type with levitate?!" Well yeah, because of levitate that is why I added Rotom-Wash, and of course Rotom-Wash can support mostly all pokes in the world. So why not add it?

Hmm, I changed Rotom-Wash with Rotom-Mow, why? Because Rotom-Mow looks adorable and I can't resist it!! Okay fine, I added it because as I have said, Rotom-Wash is so mainstream that is why I tried different Rotom, and Rotom-Mow resist Electric-type moves! Rotom-Mow can be pretty good too you know? STAB Leaf Storm, Power:140?! GG Water/Ground/Rock types! Especially Sand Stream and Drizzle teams. And oh, Keldeo. I added Keldeo because after replacing Rotom-W with Rotom-M, my team will probably suffer under the rain, with Keldeo I can keep pace under the rain.

Chansey? I don't know why I added this pinky-winky in my team, I just came up picking Chansey. She supported me for awhile and do Rain Dances. ;)

I end up adding Espeon. I didn't bother to add spinner in the team. Magic Bounce can be handy when predicted wisely.

Xatu, this bird is quite interesting. With Magic Bounce and good typing (Psychic/Flying) which is very resisted on Fighting-type moves that I can switch when Jirachi or Terrakion is in trouble with those Fighting-type monsters!

The Team
jirachi.jpg

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Speed
Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SpA)
- U-Turn
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch

Why this set?

Item: Choice Scarf, hmm nothing much to say I guess.
EVs: Offensive Jirachi.
Nature: Speed investment.
Moves: A very usual ScarfChi. U-Turn for momentum. Iron Head for abusing Jirachi's ability. Fire punch for those grass, ice, bug, and especially steel types (Genesect and Jirachi). Ice punch for those mainstreams dragon types.

terrakion.jpg

Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Speed
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

Why this set?

Item:
Choice Scarf. Hmm, for revenge killing.
EVs: Usual Terrakion EV spread.
Nature: Adamant over Jolly for a stabber STAB! (what did I just say?)
Moves: Close Combat, main STAB. Stone Edge for fire, ice, bug, and flying types(revenge killing). Earthquake for fire, electric, poison, rock, and especially steel types. Lastly, Stealth Rock?! Choice Scarf Terrakion with SR? Well, hell yeah. Stealth Rock, using stealth rock can be problematic with choice scarf, predicting your opponents is a must. Like when you'll predict that your opponents gonna switch back their poke because of this monster, SR success. Then switch back Terrakion. Lol

rotom-mow.jpg

Rotom-Mow @ Leftovers
leftovers.png

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Speed IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp

Why this set?

Item: Leftovers, for HP!
EVs: HP and Specially Defense Rotom, for tanking.
Nature: Special Defense investment.
Moves: Volt Switch, for giving momentum especially for Terrakion to set up SR. Leaf Storm, o man this is my favorite STAB, for water, ground, and rock types, Leaf Storm then switch out using Volt Switch or just switch out lol. Pain Split, for healing purposes. Will-O-Wisp, to cripple those physical sweepers.

keldeo-ordinary.jpg

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
choicespecs.png

- Hidden Power [ Ghost ]
- Icy Wind

Why this set?

Item: Choice Specs for a stabber STAB!!
EVs: Specially Atk and Speed. A normal set I guess.
Nature: Timid to outspeed some other pokes.
Moves: Hydro Pump, main STAB. Secret Sword, for normal, ice, rock, dark, and steel, for Tyranitar and Chansey/Blissey. Hidden Power [ Ghost ], for Jellicent if there is. Icy Wind, an ice-type STAB I guess.

chansey.jpg

Chansey @ Eviolite
eviolite.png

EVs: 100 HP / 252 Def / 156 SpD IVs: 0 Atk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Item: Eviolite is the perfect item for Chansey, that's why.
EVs: Enough HP(666 lol) with 333 Heal from Wish, max Defense, and enough Special Defense.
Nature: Bold for Defense investment.
Moves: Wish for healing the other teammates with an awesome 333HP or healing itself. Protect, wish+protect or for scouting the opponents move. Heal Bell is a must, for curing other teammates especially when Jirachi or Terrakion is burned, it is annoying! Rain Dance, for weather war purposes, Keldeo's STAB, and Jirachi's favorite weather.

xatu.jpg

Xatu @ Leftovers
leftovers.png

Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Def / 56 Speed

Nature: Bold for Defense investment.
Moves: U-Turn for giving momentum. Heat Wave, for for those grass, ice, bug, and especially steel types (Genesect and Jirachi). Thunder Wave for crippling Scarf pokes. Roost for healing.

Soon xD
Conclusion
So far, this team gives me enjoyment when using it, and I'm doing very well with this team. This is my second RMT post for awhile. Rates and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hey. It's a shame that nobody's really rated this team yet. Now, there are going to be a few issues for your team to deal with, namely Venusaur under the sun, Rock Polish Genesect, and certain physical sweepers. The first two issues are the ones most easily fixed, and that can be done by giving Chansey Thunder Wave over Protect and Seismic Toss over Rain Dance. The first change allows you to slow down Venusaur to a more manageable pace for the rest of your team, and the second change allows you to preserve the power of Jirachi's Fire Punch, which I think is important when dealing with both Venusaur and Rock Polish Genesect, while removing the possibility of Chansey being set-up fodder for Taunt sweepers. To resolve the second issue, I'd recommend replacing Xatu with an offensive pivot Landorus-T, which provides your team a potent physical tank that can actually lay a hurting on the physical sweepers that it blocks, and lay Stealth Rock. Also, Magic Bounce isn't exactly needed on your team, since nothing on it is weak to Stealth Rock. If you do decide to go through with my suggestion of Landorus-T over Xatu, then you can use X-Scissor over Stealth Rock on Terrakion. This change allows you to hit the Lati twins, Starmie, and Celebi for super-effective damage, slightly reducing their threat level. Also, I'd recommend going with a Jolly nature on Terrakion, so you can revenge kill them at +1, instead of assuming a risk that they will use an attack-boosting nature rather than a speed-boosting nature, which could cost you the game. Also, for Keldeo, the legal IVs for a base 70 Hidden Power Ghost are 2 Atk / 30 SpD. A summarized list of changes can be found below.

Set:
645-therian.png

Landorus [Therian] @ Leftovers | Intimidate
Adamant | 200 HP / 64 Atk / 244 Def
Stealth Rock | Earthquake | U-turn | Stone Edge

Hey!

I saw you weren't getting any rates, so I wanted to stop by and help you out. You seem to be stuck in that no-man's-land area between offense and defense. Sometimes people get caught up in a "counter mentality" which leads them to have an erratic team. They realize they're weak to something, or they want to counter all Special threats and they end up putting Chansey on the team. However, the rest of the team isn't built like that, so the team is inefficient. That's what is happening on your team in my opinion. Keldeo + Terrakion + Jirachi want to attack but are slowed down by Chansey + Xatu + Rotom-L. Chansey and crew aren't defensively supported by the other three.

To fix this, I think you could take a more offensive approach. Keldeo seems like your main sweeper at the moment, so why not support it with some Rain? Defensive Politoed seems like a great addition to your team to replace Chansey. It's a solid Physically defensive Pokemon, but it doesn't usually drag down a team's tempo. Rain boosted Scalds are pretty strong, and they always threaten a burn or two.

Next, you should switch Rotom-L to Rotom-W. Keep the same exact set, just use Hydro Pump instead of Leaf Storm. The big reason for this change is that you need a way to beat Jellicent and Tornadus-t. Jirachi can switch in once or twice, but after two Hurricanes, something will die to Tornadus. We all know that Jellicent walls Keldeo to no end, and Rotom-W's Electric typing will surely aid in beating it.

Next, Xatu is horribly out of place. With Keldeo and Politoed, you're horribly weak to Electric types. I think your best replacement bet would be Specially Defensive Ferrothorn. Use Stealth Rock / Leech Seed / Gyro Ball / Power Whip. Excellent set. Between Rotom-w and Ferrothorn in the Rain, you can counter a lot of different threats. Most importantly, Ferrothorn can switch in for free against the likes of Lati@s, which Keldeo lures all day.

Finally, I don't think you need two Scarfers in Jirachi and Terrakion. I think you can free up Terrakion and make it a sweeping variant. Use the Sub Salac SD set so you can set up on Deoxys-D offense teams. You don't have a Spinner, so some way to take advantage of them would be ideal. Just Sub vs. Deoxys-D 1st turn. Then use Swords Dance and start pounding the other team. You should be able to take down at least two Pokemon before your Substitute is broken. If you can do that, you're playing a 6-4 game in your favor, and I'd take you to win!

Good luck!
