-Taking advantage of the 318 Special stat, don't be shy to use Vaporeon's offensive attacks
-Haze gets rid of the Amensia boosts on Golduck or Poliwrath, just be sure that they're not asleep, as RBY haze makes it so status is also alleviated
-Body Slam is for hitting opposing Water-types, as well as the chance of Paralysis, which could make up for
Vaporeon's incredibly lackluster speed
-Rest allows you to gain your HP back and keep being bulky. It also gives you a way to restore Vaporeon and bring it back in later.
-Ice Beam has a niche in the fact that it can enable Vaporeon to play in
a Freeze War
-Hydro Pump is a stronger water attack, just beware you only have 8 uses

-Blizzard does a little over half - 2/3s to Tangela (Vaporeon Blizzard vs. Tangela: 185-218 (55.5 - 65.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)
-Mimic is an option, but not really recommend as your chance of getting a useful move is quite slim without a great prediction
-Again, Haze does heal status, just be careful of that
-Vaporeon can be used over/with amnesia users as it serves as a check to amnesia users, as well as the fact that it can be bulky without taking a turn to get an amnesia off, but Vaporeon is weaker on the offensive side after said amnesia

blastoise is 100% irrelevant and vap has only slightly worse physical bulk either way. remove mention of blastoise

i guess i've became used to it but when talking RBY/GSC you can speak in absolute stats rather than base stats.

why would you use blizzard over surf vs. charizard?


hydro pump and ice beams are options. if blizzard doesnt gain anything noteworthy kills i'd rather put ice beam on the set for long potential freeze stall wars. i should calc this for my own gain


make a comparison to amnesia users in terms of capabilities and potentially opportunity cost as well
 
Tiny nitpick, but Vaporeon has 463 HP and 318 Special rather than 464 and 319, respectively. A good rule of thumb is that stats in RBY are equal to what they are in modern generations with max investment and a neutral nature, minus one point.
