Vaporeon is a great threat due to its great Special Attack, its Water-typing, bulk and its coverage moves.
Is hard to switch into as surf hits any non-water type for decent damage
Its decent bulk allows a healty Vaporeon to live a Thunderbolt from Zapdos
Slow speed means it gets outpaced a lot and gets worn down easily

**Electric-types**: Electric-types like Jolteon can outpace and 2HKO Vaporeon with Thunderbolt. While Zapdos does take a chunk of damage from Ice Beam, it can outpace and 2HKO Vaporeon with Thunderbolt.
**Mega Venusaur**: Mega Venusaur can take Ice Beam from Vaporeon and 2HKO it with Mega Drain.
**Specially Defesnive Pokemon**: Pokemon like Snorlax, Alolan Muk and the rare Chansey can tank any attacks from Vaporeon and slowly wear it down or in Snorlax case 2HKO it.
**Mega Gyradoas**: (maybe just faster Pokemon in total but thats a lot of the meta :x like mew, Mega Gyados)
