VBA help me please

I have the Virtualboy Advance but whenever I try to load anything on it it says

"Visualboy has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Sorry for the inconvenience."

Why does it say this?
Also just to say I've never used it before but I've watched videos and read things that are supposed to help.
But sadly no dice.

Well that's odd, try redownloading vba or delete the vba text file that holds the preferences and try again. VBA is really simple to use and shouldn't cause problems really :/
