Hey Vash El Diablo, i have some suggestions to try to help improve your sets and teams overall build.

For one, you should always run max speed on Tornadus-T. This allows you to speed tie with opposing ones, as well as outspeed Alakazam. However, since your team is extremely weak to Zard X and Talonflame, I think you should run Hippowdon > Tornadus-Therian. Stealth Rock + Defog on Skarmory is puts too much pressure for hazard control on Skarmory, so also helps in alleviating that by being able to have Skarmory just run Defog while Hippo carries hazards. I will have a few suggestions later to help you check Pokemon like Gengar, Alakazam, and Latios that Tornadus-T used to check.

Another issue i see is that you're not running Outrage on your Scarf Kyurem-Black, which is the main draw to the Scarf set. This allows you to take advantage of Kyurem-B's enormous base 170 Attack stat, and make it a more efficient revenge killer by being able to spam it's strongest and most reliable STAB option. So you should run Outrage > Hidden Power Fire on Kyurem-Black, since you have Talonflame, Skarmory, and Keldeo for Ferrothorn and Scizor, plus you don't gain anything by luring them in.

Since you're running a bulky offense / balance build, your team is naturally weak to Manaphy. There are two things I'll suggest to to help with this, one of which is to run some Special Defense on your Mega Venusaur which also helps check Gengar who also annoys these kinds of builds, and to run Hidden Power Electric > Hidden Power Bug on Keldeo, which also helps you lure in bulky waters to make Talonflame's job easier. Celebi isn't a threat to you at all seeing as though you have Talonflame, Skarmory, and Kyurem-B, so I don't think you'll miss out on the HP Bug coverage.

My last two suggestions are to run Specially Defensive Skarmory > Physically Defensive Skarmory to be able to check Latis, Serperior, and Alakazam in place of your AV Tornadus-T, while still being able to check M-Metagross, Weavile, and M-Altaria. It also helps check Tornadus-T and, more importantly, M-Gardevoir, which plagues bulky offense / balance teams. Lastly, you should run Bulk Up > Will-O-Wisp on Talonflame since your team is otherwise just a bunch of bulky pivots with no actual win condition. This also helps immensely with your matchup versus stall, which you have very few ways to break.

In short:

450.png
Hippowdon > Assault Vest Tornadus-T
646-black.png
Outrage Kyurem-B > Hidden Power Fire Kyurem-B
003-mega.png
Special Defense investment on M-Venusaur > Full Physically Defensive M-Venusaur
647.png
Hidden Power Electric Keldeo > Hidden Power Bug Keldeo
227.png
Specially Defensive Skarmory > Physically Defensive Skarmory
663.png
Bulk Up Talonflame > Will-O-Wisp Talonflame

Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 236 SpD / 24 Spe
Careful Nature
- Iron Head
- Whirlwind
- Defog
- Roost

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 248 HP / 108 Def / 136 SpD / 16 Spe
Calm Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Knock Off
- Synthesis

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 144 Def / 112 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Slack Off

Talonflame @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- Taunt
- Bulk Up
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Iron Head on Skarmory is to hit M-Diancie, M-Gardevoir, and M-Altaria, as well as preventing you from being complete Taunt bait. Full SpDef so you can avoid the 2HKO from HP Fire Latios, Naive Fire Blast Garchomp, and AV TornT's Heat Wave. Some speed on it to outspeed opposing Skarmory and be able to Defog or Roost before they can Taunt you.

- The spread on M-Venusaur makes it outspeed max speed Adamant Azumarill, and comfortably take two Sludge Waves and Ice Beams after Stealth Rock from Life Orb Gengar and +3 Manaphy respectively. The rest is in physical bulk to help check stuff like M-Lopunny. Knock Off > Leech Seed as a way to hit Gengar, and as a way to remove Heatran's recovery on switch-in to support Talonflame, remove the Life Orb from Latis that commonly switch in, and potentially remove Gothitelle's item if it happens to trap you, preventing it from giving a Choice Scarf or Choice Specs to one of your other members.

- Hippowdon checks Bisharp, Zard X, M-Pinsir, SD Talonflame, Specs Raikou, M-Manectric, non-Grass Knot Thundurus, and AV Tornadus-T with this spread. And probably a bunch of other stuff I can't think of right now.

- A bit of a speed creep on Talonflame to be faster than opposing ones and get off a faster Taunt or Brave Bird.
Hope i was able to help!

I agree with Celes on most points, but I'll adress that later.

First I want to show you how I approach building:

You are building around Mega Venusaur, then you have to run a dedicated Bird(Talonflame) Check, otherwise it can kill all your Pokemon.
Try to think like this:

003.png

- a team around Mega Venusaur
- think of strengths/weaknesses: Talonflame is a threat, also other bird types like Staraptor or Mega Pinsir would kill Venu, or force it to switch so your other Pokemon get damaged. Cover these !
450.png

- as Birdcheck because you can Slack Off on every move talonflame goes for
- gets up rocks after talonflame attacked, scares it out with Stone Egde so you gain momentum and the opponent has to switch, because he needs his Talonflame for your Venusaur
- walls many other stuff
227.png

- next choice because Venu and Hippo hate Hazards on their field -> Defog
- Also a way to switch into Pinsir (if it goes for SD nothing can stop it)
- Switches into Draco Meteor and is a Ground immunity
663.png
646-black.png
647.png
as the more offensive part of the Team
So you should go step by step and look for things you are weak to with the Pokemon you already have and try to get good synergy.

Celes suggestions are great, but I want to continue.

003-mega.png

Venusaur @ Venusaurite | Chlorophyll
Modest 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Giga Drain / Sludge Bomb / Hidden Power Fire / Synthesis

I recommend a more offensive Mega Venusaur, because the team celes suggested is more defensively minded. You can make Venusaur more offensive, but it will still be hard to take down. I'd run Hidden Power Fire on that thing, because Scizor, Ferrothorn, Skamory get 2HKO'd and you force them to switch out or kill.

646-black.png
to
381.png

Latios @ Life Orb | Levitate
Timid 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Draco Meteor / Psyshock / Earthquake / Roost

What do you have for Charizard Y ? It Fire Blasts everything and gets a kill every time it comes in. Latios is a pretty reliable Char Y switchin, although it might get Pursuit trapped. That's where Earthquake comes in handy, it does nice damage to Bisharp and Tyranitar. Also Heatran is really annoying against your team, so getting a surprise kill might make things much easier for you. Latios also helps dealing with Manaphy because Draco does around 80% to most sets.

641-s.png

Tornadus kills many of your Pokemon, has a good matchup against them (Heat Wave, Hurricane, Grass Knot, the Life Orb set is your teams biggest nightmare). Keep in mind that switching into Hurricanes which will be spammed on Venusaur is hard with a Special Wall like Talonflame that is 4x weak to rocks. Mega Pidgeot is not that common but is also scary.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Earthquake
- Roost

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
Modest Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fire
- Synthesis

Hey vash, I have couple suggestions that I believe will help your squad.

First I wanna ask if you are dedicated to building a team around mega venusaur. If not, then I suggest you use a different mega because I've noticed that you don't have much for Kyurem-B. The only check you have for it is Keldeo, but other than that it OHKOs 5 of your pokes and 2HKOs mega venu.

The first Mega I suggest is Mega Aerodactyl. Assuming Kyurem-B isn't running Scarf, Mega Aerodactyl can OHKO it with Stone Edge. It also checks both Zard Y and Talonflame. Aerodactyl can also 2HKO Heatran with Aqua Tail. So that gets rid of those pokes as potential threats. Aerial Ace also OHKOs Mega Lopunny. Now you could also run Fire Fang on it to OHKO Bulky Swords Dance Scizor (not mega). It also does 73 to 87 to Ferrothorn (would not recommend staying in if its running gyro ball because it would OHKO you).

Now if you want to keep Mega Venusaur then I would change Hippowdown to T-Tar. Scarf T-Tar can check Zard-Y, TalonFlame, and Kyurem-B all at the same time (OHKOs all three with Stone edge), and it also OHKOs Heatran with earthquake. Support T-Tar can also setup rocks to check most of your threats. You could also run Ice beam to OHKO Scarf Lando-T and it can't OHKO you with EQ (they don't really run Superpower anymore so your safe from being OHKO'D).

I hope my suggestions were able to help you out :]
