Haven't played in awhile so i threw this team together kinda based around my favorite pokemon Venusaur.

Venusaur (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 56 HP/202 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Leaf Storm
- Sleep Powder
- Earthquake
- Sludge Bomb

Just took outta the smogon dex, works well i get a few good kills a match with this thing, no one expects it to out speed them.

Electivire (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Thunderpunch
- Ice Punch
- Fire Punch
- Cross Chop

This is just fun to use and backs up Garaydos nicely. fire punch over earthquake for scizor boy have I caught many of them off gruad thinking they can set up on this guy. eq is missed when it is a electrive vs electivire.

Flygon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Toxic
- U-turn
- Roost
- Fire Blast

fun little tank to play with, its fire attack is much needed.

Drapion (M) @ Black Sludge
Ability: Battle Armor
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Protect
- Knock Off

main goal is to toxic spikes and screw some pokes over with ko like blissey or sleeping pokemon that vena put to sleep. I find it annoying if i can only get one layer of ts down...

Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP/16 SAtk/240 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Will-o-wisp
- Substitute
- Earth Power
- Overheat

great in combo with vena.

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

great in combo with electivire.

First things first, your team has quite a significant Salamence problem. It can DD up on your Flygon with ease, as Flygon will not only be Intimidated, but will not be able to hit Salamence for much damage because Salamence resist Fire Blast. Salamence can also set up on Heatran without too much fear and Salamence resists both the attacks you are running. After 1 Dragon Dance, Salamence outspeeds your entire team and can then proceed to wreak havoc.

To solve this problem, there are a couple of things we can do to fix it. First, I would make Flygon your revenge killer and use the following set:

Flygon@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Ev's: 6 HP/ 252 Spe/ 252 Atk
Nature: Naive (+Spe, -SDef)
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Stone Edge
-U-Turn

Flygon is a great revenge killer. With Flygon's great resistances and immunities, it has many oppurtunities to switch in and damage your opponents team. With Jolly and 252 Speed, Flygon will outspeed a +1 DD Adamnt Salamence allowing Flygon to revenge kill with Stone Edge or Outrage. Stone Edge allows you to deal damage to flying types such as Zapdos,Togekiss and Gyarados. U-turn is for scouting and Celebi.

I would keep your Heatran for now. A SubTran is a great Pokemon, however, another version of Heatran that could benefit your team greatly is a BaitTran that carries Explosion and Stealth Rock. Stealth Rock allows you to combat Gyarados and Salamence more effeciently limiting the amount of times they can switch in. The following moveset is the one I suggest:

Heatran @ Life Orb
Nature: Naive
Ev's: 4 Atk, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
Ability: Flash Fire
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Explosion

Your team is lacking a Stealth Rocker, and that might be part of the problem of why Salamence harms your team so much. Heatran can set up Stealth Rock quite easily thanks to his great resistances. Stealth rock really puts a hamper on Salamence making Salamence think twice before he switches in. Explosion will allow you to hopefully take down Heatran's counters such as Blissey and Vaporeon making a sweep with your Salamence much more easier once Vaporeon is gone.

I would also make Electivire a mixed sweeper. By making Electivire your mixed sweeper, your team will have a much easier time dealing with stall. If you are interested in using the mixed sweeper set I would use Hidden Power Ice/ FlameThrower/Thunderbolt/CrossChop with 76 Atk / 252 SpA / 180 Spe and a Mild Nature. I would also use a Life orb if using that set. Life orb will provide Electivire with much more sweeping potential and makes him hit harder in general making a great late game sweeper.

Good Luck and hope I helped

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you're having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
