VGC 2010 RMT

Hi! I have been single battling for a year and have recently quit because it was getting boring to me. Then I saw a few pieces about the VGC and it really sparked my interest as it was something completely different from Singles. The one thing I was a bit bummed about was that ubers were allowed, for I have ZERO experience when it comes to ubers.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with my team. Thanks.

Moveset:
Giratina @ Griseous Orb
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Speed
Nature: Adamant
~Icy Wind
~Outrage
~Shadow Force
~ Protect

Description:
The goal of this set is to use icy wind to slow down my opponents, and then be able to outspeed them. Shadow Force will be its primary move, used to evade attacks and then cause damage, even if the enemy uses protect. Outrage is another powerful STAB move that is for the most part unresisted. I will try to hold off of using it until i have to because of the confusion at the end. Protect is and obvious move used for, well, protection lol.

Moveset:

Kangaskhan @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Scrappy
Evs: 252 Hp/252 Atk/ 4 Speed
Nature: Adamant

~Fake Out
~Sucker Punch
~Low Kick
~Giga Impact/Double-Edge
Description:

This is a set I found somewhere online and decided to give it a try. Scrappy nature allows it to hit ghosts with normal and fighting type moves, allowing Fake Out and Low Kick to even hit the likes of Giratina. Sucker Punch will hit Mewtwo, Latios, latias, and can serve as a useful priority move. Giga Impact or Double Edge is basically like a finishing move to use before Kan kicks the bucket. Low Kick is self explanatory.
This set’s main purpose is to finish of what Giratina started, and to give it an easier time of setting up with icy wind.

Moveset:

Metagross@Lum Berry/Occa Berry
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 196 HP, 156 Atk, 156 Sp Def
-Meteor Mash
-Bullet Punch
-Earthquake
-Explosion/Protect

Description:

This set is to send in after Kan dies to allow for greater type coverage and just be an overall powerhouse. His Earthquake can be paired with Giratina's levitate for an easy way to get some good damage on the oponent. Bullet punch=stab priority move. What more do i have to say haha. I'm a bit stuck on Explosion/Protect. Explosion is very useful when used with Giratina on the field, yet protect is a VERY useful move when it comes to doubles. I’m not really sure if this really fits with my team, I just put him in here because I knew of his reliability.

Mewtwo.jpg

Moveset:
Mewtwo @ Life Orb / Expert Belt
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Attack / 252 Sp. Attack / 252 Speed
-Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
-Aura Sphere
- Taunt / Selfdestruct
Description:
I mainly wanted someone who could grass knot Kyogre and I thought, well, who is better than Mewtwo! He is kinda a closer if you will, and he is meant to basically be able to hit everything. Ice Beam is useful against a lot of the competition, namely Rayquaza. Grass Knot is for Kyogre which is likely to be very prominent this year. Aura Sphere is excellent for T-Tar due to 4x effectiveness and is also useful against Dialga. I'm stuck on the last slot. Taunt can ruin pokes trying to set up TR and those using follow me, while selfdestruct can be used for some heavy damage as a last ditch effort.

Please make ANY changes you see fit and any tips you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yuo need to expand most of your descriptions, especially Metagross and Mewtwo. Expand them or I'll have to lock this, doing so you may also get some rates.
