I'm not really sure which of these items to use. Grass knot hurts Kyogre/Groudon pretty badly. Shadow Ball Takes out opposing Mewtwo. Protect is pretty obvious. Aura Sphere takes care of Dialga/T-Tar.

Thunder

Iron Ball and negative speed nature to make sure I get the weather. Surf is STAB move that hits everyone. I prefer it over Water spout, because I don't like to rely on HP. Thunder can't miss in the rain. Ice beam takes care of Rayquaza/Garchomp.

Thunder is STAB and can't miss with rain. Heat wave takes care of abomasnow, and almost kills weavile, and takes out shiftry 82% of the time if I use life orb. Detect for selfdestruct/surf/earthquake. Substitute is there because idk what else to put there.

Return is a nice STAB move. Selfdestruct with Snorlax OHKOs nearly everyone. Earthquake / Crunch helps with variety of movetypes. Pretty standard Snorlax.

All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it.
