VGC 2022 Speed Tiers

Special thanks to Charlotte for helping me put this together alongside the BSS Series 12 Speed Tiers!
- Any Speed in BOLD AND RED means its a pretty important speed benchmark to consider outspeeding! Any Pokemon in BOLD AND BLUE is a particularly relevant target in that speed tier!
- Note this currently doesn't take into account Pokemon that are known to hit a variety of Speed spreads. A big example of this is Zacian-C: Zacian-C has a bazillion different speed benchmarks it likes to hit, this just covers some of the extremes!
- Use the VGC damage calc with this thread to help craft your own EV spreads, as the calc DOES take speed modifiers into account!
- For any non max Speed Pokemon that is known for using 252 / 252 spreads, add an extra point in Speed for them, or 2 extra points if they double their Speed.
- I was a bit leery on including EVERYTHING under Tailwind just because that'd make these speed tiers massive, but I would like feedback on this!
- THERE WILL be debuff tables based around speed drops and paralysis later! They'll be in post #2 when they're done!
- Don't be afraid to point out mistakes, I'm sure there's some stuff I missed!
- Feel free to suggest more mons to add to this thread, or for mons to be removed! For the Battle Stadium Singles thread, I was pretty liberal and included some not so great Pokemon, so players can quickly reference these tables if they find something odd. While I'm fine with approaching these speed tiers like this as well, I was more conservative with what I included, because I wanted feedback from you folks first!
