Victini is central to Psychic Terrain teams, and it sees plenty of use on standard offense as well. Its all-around good stats and potent typing allow it to thrive against common Pokemon such as Genesect, Rillaboom, and Celesteela. Expanding Force deals boosted spread damage in Psychic Terrain, and it still does decent damage without the Terrain boost. Encore allows Victini to lock foes out of doing damage, such as Tailwind Talonflame, Fake Out Incineroar, and Iron Defense Mew, while Bolt Strike deals extra damage to Water-types such as Volcanion and Tapu Fini. Maximum Speed is important for outspeeding Genesect, Galarian Zapdos, and Kyurem-B.

Victini threatens common Steel-types like Genesect and Celesteela for Psychic Terrain teams; it is practically required for the archetype. Indeedee-F complements Victini with Helping Hand, Follow Me, and automatic Psychic Terrain, allowing it to get multiple hits off and fire off boosted Expanding Forces. However, Victini is not limited to Psychic Terrain. Fast Pokemon like Zeraora and Regieleki are also great partners for Victini, since they remove Blastoise, Tapu Fini, and Volcanion and supplement Victini's average Speed with Electroweb. Assault Vest Genesect deals with Nihilego, Zygarde, Naganadel, and Regieleki, all of which threaten Victini due to their higher Speed stats and offensive capabilities. Kyurem-B beats Zygarde and benefits from Victini's good matchup versus many Steel-types. Victini also works well with Blastoise because it shields Victini from powerful attacks such as Tapu Fini's Hydro Pump and Regidrago's Draco Meteor with Follow Me. Rillaboom KOes Water- and Rock-types such as Blastoise and Tyranitar, and it provides Fake Out support, allowing Victini to get massive damage off with a correct prediction.

Victini sometimes opts for Blue Flare over V-create. Blue Flare has less Base Power, but it comes without V-create's stat drops. Blue Flare is also not weakened by Intimidate, and it allows Victini to go all-in with Special Attack EVs, hitting even harder with Expanding Force. Focus Blast for more damage against Incineroar is occasionally useful.

Victini may also carry Choice Scarf, with Trick to neutralize passive Pokemon and Glaciate for speed control.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Strong Attacks**: Victini cannot OHKO Tapu Fini, Volcanion, Zygarde, Landorus, Regidrago, Dracovish, Nihilego, or Tyranitar. They all do much more in return.

**Intimidate**: Incineroar and Landorus-T reduce Victini's Attack, significantly reducing the power of V-create. They also both threaten it with their Ground- and Dark-type STAB attacks. Incineroar walls all of Victini's most common attacks, and Choice Scarf Landorus-T outspeeds it.

**Follow Me**: Blastoise and Togekiss are not OHKOed by V-create or Bolt Strike, so they can siphon away Victini's attack and enable an offensive partner.

**Spread Moves**: Victini is commonly paired with Follow Me users, such as Indeedee-F and Blastoise, to get its strong attacks off. Moves like Electroweb from Regieleki and Zeraora, Landorus-T's Earthquake, and Regidrago's Dragon Energy all make these pairings less effective.

Victini is a potent offensive piece, seeing use on standard offense teams as well as Psychic Terrain-based teams. Its all-around good stats combined with a potent typing allow it to thrive what about its typing. Mention how it naturally staves off Genesect Tapu Lele etc. Victini holds the Life Orb for an extra powerful V-Create what does this do? What does it hit? Drawbacks?, while still having the option to use Protect to avoid Fake Out and avoid hits while its partner attacks. Make the point about V-create hitting hard and why its good and separate the Protect point. The EV spread allows for maximum damage output while maintaining maximum Speed, important for beating both Zapdos formes, Kyurem-Black, Urshifu-R, and the mirror. Expanding Force allows Victini to deal spread damage in Psychic Terrain mention damage boost and how it chips partners, while also picking up an OHKO on Urshifu-R outside of terrain. Add the Protect point here and how Victini is a high value target for protect.To round out the set, Victini opts for one of Focus Blast or Bolt Strike. Focus Blast deals much more damage to Heatran, Incineroar, and Tyranitar, than V-Create KOing fainting them with the help of a partner. Bolt Strike deals extra damage to Water-types, such as Volcanion, Suicune, or Tapu Fini. The EV spread allows for maximum damage output while maintaining maximum Speed, important for beating both Zapdos formes, Kyurem-B, Urshifu-R, and opposing Victini. make sure analysis work is in order of importance.

Victini’s presence on Psychic Terrain teams is valuable, as it threatens Genesect, a major boon for this style of team. Indeedee-F compliments Victini with redirection support and automatically sets Psychic Terrain.Mention Tapu Lele is also great at setting terrain, indifferently sets Screens up for Victini. This allows Victini to fire off a powerful Expanding Force while being shielded from attacks that would OHKO Victini, such as Meteor Beam from Nihilego or Draco Meteor from Nagandel, thanks to Indeedee’s Follow Me. merge this point with the 'compliments Victini with redirection support' as it needs examples which you have here However, Victini is not limited to Psychic Terrain. Victini It also benefits greatly on Tailwind teams, as the two together defeat Urshifu + and most Fake Out users, assuming Tornadus hits its Hurricanes. with the aide of Tornadus. Fast Speed control Pokemon, such as Electroweb Zeraora and Regieleki, are also great partners for Victini, slowing down opponents and allowing Victini to chunk hit them before they move. Victini also pairs nicely with Assault Vest Genesect because it deals with Nihilego, Naganadel and Regieleki, all of which threaten Victini due to their higher Speed stats and offensive capabilities. Urshifu-R, Blastoise and Rillaboom also work well as teammates due to their great type synergies and unique characteristics. Urshifu-R hits through Protect, punishing defensive counterplay, Blastoise shields Victini from attacks with Follow Me from what imparticular?, and Rillaboom provides Fake Out support while threatening Water-types such as? mention with teammates that can beat Zygarde, as Twaves is probably the biggest burden of Victini as it ignores redirection.

From here i'd like to see;
-Weakness Policy since you would mention Screens Tapu Lele partner as it helps beat Moltres Galar
-Blue Flare as a viable option if you fear V-Create attack drops which allows you to run a full special set

Checks and Counters
===================
**Rock-types**: Victini is outsped by Nihilego OHKOed by Meteor Beam, or a +1 Power Gem after Meteor Beam. Victini also does not threaten an OHKO with any move it commonly runs. Tyranitar threatens an OHKO with Crunch, and Focus Blast from Victini does not OHKO Tyranitar because of Sand Stream.

**Water-types**: Volcanion and Dracovish threaten can OHKOs on Victini and are not KOed by Bolt Strike.

**Intimidate**: Landorus and Incineroar reduce Victini’s Attack, significantly reducing the power of V-Create. They also both threaten massive damage with their Ground- and Dark-type STAB attacks, respectively.

**Follow Me**: Blastoise and Togekiss are not OHKOed by V-Create or Bolt Strike, meaning they can siphon away Victini’s attack and its partner’s, enabling offensive Pokemon to get a KO and set up a favorable one-on-one.

Its all-around good stats combined with a potent typing allow it to thrive against common Pokemon such as Genesect and Tapu Lele. Victini holds the Life Orb for an extra powerful V-Create, at the cost of recoil with every hit making it weaker each time. Victini still has the option to use Protect to avoid Fake Out and avoid hits while its partner attacks while holding the Life Orb, which gives a notable advantage over using a Choice item. Kyurem-Black is also a good choice for a partner because it beats Zygarde while benefitting from Victini's good matchup versus many Steel-types. this is a personal choice but maybe mention how spread moves like eq/eweb r able to get around victini + follow me. id perhaps mention incin as its own check/counter since it walls basically every tini set
