Turn 13 when i tera my sub changed into turtle form terapagos.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
not on purpose but same happened once before too.

Turn 28, Ogerpon turns smol when tera on a sub in FFA

I only saw this once, but I showed the replay of it happening
