Volt Switch

Well, since I don't have much time, I am going to make this quick.

MAGNE.gif

Magnezone:
Ability: Magnet Pull
Nature: Timid
Item: Magnet:
EV's: 212 SP.Atk, 80 SP.Def, 176 Speed
Moves: Substitute, Thunderbolt, HP Fire, Explosion

BBasically, Magnezone is used to trap and destroy Common Steel types such as Ferrothorn, Forretress, and Scizor with HP Fire.
It can also take care of Pokemon such as Wish Vaporeon or Drizzle Politoed.
It's Explosion attack is used as a last resort when it's HP is low.

JOLTE.gif

Jolteon:
Ability:Volt Absorb
Nature:Timid
Item: Choice Specs
EV's:252 SP.ATK, 252 Speed
Moves:Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, HP Grass, Volt Switch

Basically with Jolteon, it's pretty much used to switch in and destroy Pokemon.
Water Types, Ground Types, Flying Types, Psychic Types, and Ghost Types stand no chance against Jolteon. It is also able to switch out quickly, with volt switch and high speed

MIENSHAO.gif

Mienshao:
Ability: Regenerator
Nature: Naive
Item: Life Orb
Ev's: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 SP.Atk
Moves:Substitute, U-turn, HP Ice, Hi-Jump Kick

Mienshao is pretty much just used for type coverage. It can take down bulky Normal types, such as Blissey, Chansey, and Snorlax. With the Regenerator Ability, it can switch out when it needs to recover.

FERRO.gif

Ferrothorn:
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Relaxed
Item: Rocky Helmet
Ev's:252 HP, 88 Defense, 168 SP. Defense
Moves: Spikes, Gyro Ball, Protect, Leech Seed

Ferrothorn is the bulky/wall Pokemon of the team. With such slow speed, Gyro ball is a must have. It can also recover easily with leech seed and protect. It is also used for laying down entry hazards

HIPPO.gif

Hippowdon
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Impish
Item: Leftovers
Ev's: 252 HP, 244 SP.Defense, 12 Defense
Moves: Earthquake, Slack Off, Stealth Rock, Ice Fang

Hippowdon is great for many, many reasons. One, it is bulky, two it has good type coverage, and three, it can lay down entry hazards without having to worry about being knocked out.
Hippowdon is also used for it's Ability, Sand Stream.

SCIZOR.gif

Scizor
Ability: Technician
Nature: Adamant
Item: Life Orb
EV's: 252 HP, 112 Atk, 144 SP.Defense
Moves: Pursuit, Bullet Punch, U-turn, Roost

Scizor is pretty much just here as a pysical attacker. With roost, it can last quite a bit longer than it would without it. It also can use the Technician ability to it's advantage.

Hello, I saw you had no rates so I figured I would give this team a little help.

Volcarona is a huge threat, as after one boost it can easily sweep your team, Hippowdon is your only way of stopping it, but it is not very reliable at all. This goes for the same for threats like Conkelldurr, Breloom, and Calm Mind Latias with Hidden Power Fire. First off I can see that Hippowdon doesn't really do anything for the team aside from provide Stealth Rock, so I suggest replacing it with something that can actually cover the latter threats mentioned. I suggest replacing it with Latios who an not only eliminate Breloom and Conkelldurr, but also add some more speed to the team and revenge sweepers such as Thundurus -T, Nasty Plot Celebi, and Terrakion. I also suggest trying out Heatran over Ferrothorn. Heatran checks both the Lati Twins ( even with HP Fire ) and Volcarona easily. He provides Stealth Rock and a solid answer against sand teams as well through Toxic and Lava Plume.

Finally, I suggest trying Rotom-W over Jolteon. Rotom-W checks Starmie, Landorus, Gliscor, and opposing Heatran. He also forms a very potent VoltTurn core with Scizor in hand which can potentially destroy many teams unprepared for it. For some nitpicks I suggest changing Magnezone's spread to 36 HP / 252 SAtk / 220 Spe Timid and replace Explosion with Flash Cannon. You also can replace Hidden Power Grass with Hidden Power Ice on Jolteon due to the prevalence of dragons in the metagame.
