Toxic Orb / Protean
Waterfall | Night Slash | U-Turn | Façade
Jolly \ 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
An obvious choice to start off a good team, with a unique build: rather than an all-out Specially Offensive team, it's purely Physical Offensive. This isn't as bad as it sounds, when you consider that A: Greninja's base Atk stat is 95, compared to its 108 Sp.Atk stat, and B: He has access to U-Turn, a powerful counter to slower Grass and Dark types, while also providing momentum. Since many usual Greninjas run U-Turn anyway, the boost in Attack power really comes in handy. Waterfall and Night Slash are the only viable physical STABs (though they don't really matter with Greninja much, they provide coverage that his default typing show, still making him a threat to the usual Psychic, Ghost, Fire, Ground, and Rock types), while also giving unique benefits in a higher flinch rate (a 20% chance to flinch) and a high Crit ratio. Facade is chosen as the fourth move due to its immense base power when poisoned (210), and Poisoning isn't as much a problem when played right (using U-Turn momentum unless an easily defeatable threat is already present). This also prevents Greninja from being paralyzed, put to sleep, frozen, or burned, making Prankster users much easier to deal with.

2: Trisha "Trasha" Ha
latias.gif

Light Clay / Levitate
Light Screen | Reflect | Healing Wish | Draco Meteor
Calm \ 252 HP, 252 Sp.D, 4 Speed
The Special Wall of the team, Latias is great at setting up Screens, absorbing most non-Fairy attacks, and giving Healing Wish support if needed. Can absorb most Fighting-type attacks directed at Umbreon or Greninja, as well as any Ground-type attacks targeted at Manectric. Draco Meteor is the best Special STAB any pokemon can have, and against anything other than a Fairy, it'll do major damage.

3: Joel "Joel" MacMillan
skarmory.gif

Rocky Helmet / Sturdy
Stealth Rock | Roar | Brave Bird | Roost
Impish \ 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Atk
Skarmory serves as both the usual SR setter and the Physical wall, and can absorb most any Physical attack, while also offering a great dynamic with Latias, both being immune to Ground attacks, and both having good dual types. That's really all there is to say about him. Oh yeah, I here he's pretty good at shredding on his Bass too.

4: Thunder Thighs
manectric-mega.gif

Manectite / Lightning Rod
Thunderbolt | Volt Switch | Flamethrower | HP Ice
Timid / 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 HP
Jolteon has a great dynamic with physical Greninja, providing a Volt-Turn core, as well as being able to absorb any Electric attacks and use them for her own. Flamethrower is great for dealing with any Steel or Grass types that might otherwise impede on Greninja's reign of pain, too, which is always nice. HP Ice is the best fourth slot move, as it counters any Dragon or Ground types that might be a problem should she be faced with them.

5: Drill Dastardly
excadrill.gif

Choice Scarf / Mold Breaker
Rapid Spin | Earthquake | Brick Break | Iron Head
Jolly \ 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 HP
Excadrill is the second Physical Attacker/Revenge Killer of the set, should Greninja's reign of pain be ended prematurely. He also has other uses, with Rapid Spin for getting rid of hazards and Brick Break giving Fighting coverage and getting rid of Light Screen or Reflect. Also, the Choice Scarf is fashionable, as it matches his very flamboyant light blue stripes. Don't mention the stripes to him. He can absorb poison and Electric moves, as well, so that's pretty cool too. I guess.

6: Dark Dastardly
umbreon.gif

Leftovers / Synchronize
Protect | Wish | Heal Bell | Foul Play
Careful \ 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp.Def
Umbreon is the team cleric, catch-all wall (hence the 252 Def EVs) and sole Dark type of the team., with Heal Bell, Wish, and Synchronize should anybody try and cripple his teammates, like a dick. Foul Play is there for offensive support, and is complimented by Umbreon's okay Atk stat (it's higher than his Sp.Atk stat, so). There's really nothing else to say about him other than he's a good Cleric for any team.

So, thanks for checking out my team, and try not to be condescending, not everybody has to use stupid Specially Offensive Greninja.

Well I'm in a hurry so I'm just gonna put basic stuff down first and I might edit my reply later.

Exca - Change nature to Jolly, idk why you'd have a nature that gives it -Atk, prolly a mistake but I'd change that right away.

Umbreon - Change nature to Impish, +Def, -SAtk so no loss in speed (I think that's what careful takes away)

And well yeah, I'll add more later when I have time.

I forgot to even give Excadrill a nature, so thanks for that. Also, it's the other way around, Careful is +Def -Atk, Impish is +Def -Spe. However, I copy-pasted the skeleton of the first 3 to make editing easier, so that may be where the mistakes came from.

Just wanted to say that Foul play does not take from your attack stat and calculates from the enemy's attack instead so it really does not matter. I would honestly put a -Atk nature just because confusion damage and possible opposing Foul plays.

I'm not sure if bumping is allowed, so if not, it's my fault for not checking the rules, but I could still use some help and input concerning my team.

careful is actually +Sp.Def - Sp.Atk impish is +Def - Sp.Atk

OK, so from what I understand this team basically has the voltturn core (Greninja and M-Manectric) accompanied by 4 utility pokemon. I would remove some of the support and try to add more threats to the team. Dual Screens and a Cleric are not needed for this team style.

Purely physical Greninja is rarely a good idea. Since I don't want to change your team too much, we'll keep it, but it will be mixed. First, switch out the Toxic Orb for a Choice Band. Facade should really only be used on guts users. Change the moveset to U-Turn, Waterfall, Ice Beam, and Dark Pulse. Ice beam hits stuff like garchomp and DP hits aegislash. On a 252 speed attacker, always put the extra 4 EVs in defense.

So now replace latias and Umbreon with more threatening pokemon, since they offer negligible benefits for your team. I'm not sure exactly what to suggest here because I don't have a firm understanding of the purpose/values of the team. One option is to expand off the VoltTurn core. I would add stallbreakers like scizor, and that goes well with rotom-wash. If you add those 2 pokemon, then you might have better synergy if escadrill was a mandibuzz, and then maybe skarm is replaced with ferro... sorry if I'm changing too much.

Once again, take all the extra 4's from the HP stat on your offensive mons and put then in def so your pokes are less weak to stealth rocks. This is especially important with the VoltTurn.

EDIT: Bumping is allowed, but only one.

Sounds good, I'll try the Scizor/Rotom idea. I'll also try out the mixed Greninja, unless there's a better Physical attacker.
