Volt turn offense! help me fix it

I recently tried making a volt turn team. Of course i had :choice specs: :raging bolt: and :choice band: :scizor:, i knew i needed some grass or water type for grounds so i added :ogerpon: with a :choice band:, i had some problems with hazards and had a steel type so :iron treads: wasnt better then :great tusk:. I added a dark type for a ghost rez and a speed control in :choice scarf: :darkrai:. I added :tornadus therian: for a :assault vest: spd wall. :great tusk: is :rocky helmet: to absorb knock off, :raging bolt: is tera fairy to beat mons like :kyurem:, :dragapult: :walking wake: and opposing :raging bolt: if they arent tera fairy. :tornadus therian: is tera fire to absorb will o wisp when needed and power up heat wave, evs allow it to just barerly outspeed most importantly :ogerpon wellspring:. :great tusk: is tera ghost to spin block and :darkrai: is tera poison to rez fairy attacks and sometimes even beat 1v1 mons like :zamazenta: :enamorus: and :iron valiant: while absorbing t spikes.
