ORAS OU VoltTurn Balance

So, this is a team I made for ORAS based around Pangoro, who is now borderline OU viable due to it now learning the elemental punches, Drain Punch, Knock Off, and Gunk Shot. First, i knew I wanted to run Pangoro, because it's now viable and I think its design is way better than Conkeldurr.

Now, I needed a Fighting resist, and maybe a Pokemon that could VoltTurn to go with Pangoro's Parting Shot. I chose Landorus-T because it's insanely good in the ORAS meta, and it has U-turn. Also, it could be my Scarfer.

Then I wanted a good Fairy resist. I chose Ferrothorn for rocks, since Scarf Lando won't set them, and for Leech Seed support, and Knock Off. Ferrothorn checks most fairies, and it is also very bulky.

Then, since Ferrothorn and Landorus-T are burn (and Toxic to a lesser extent) magnets, I chose Clefable for my next teamslot. Unaware was nice for DDers that could outspeed Lando-T, and it could Wish-pass for the rest of my team, which mostly lacks reliable recovery, as well as Heal Bell.

Then I chose Rotom-W for an Ice and Ground resist, as well as a Will-o-Wisper and it has access to Volt Switch to complete my archetype. It also got Pain Split so that it could check BirdSpam more reliably.

Lastly, I wanted a powerful attacker, as my team was mostly defense-oriented, as well as a secondary Fairy and Ice-type check that wasn't weak to Fighting, and a Mega. Mega Metagross was just right for the position.

Now, here's the team in-depth!
Pangoro @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot
- Parting Shot

This is what I based this team around. 20 Spe outspeeds uninvested Clefable and Sylveon by one point, and Gunk Shot 2HKOs all OU fairies bar non-Mega Diance. Parting Shot is amazing, and allows you to cripple physical attackers if you pivot Landorus in. Its Drain Punch hits quite hard, and Parting Shot allows it to mess up cocky Mega Pinsir users who think they can switch in. Its last main job is a reliable Bisharp check. Overall, a really underrated Pokemon, and its Dark Type also helps me check non-Focus Blast Psychic-types.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off

This thing is really bog-standard. Its role is to pivot into most physical attackers and to add to the Volt-Turn basis of this team. It also allows me to KO megas like Lopunny or Sceptile who can do serious damage to the rest of my team. For the most part, it's the go-to switchin to Thundurus, as Lando can OHKO with Stone Edge, but it must watch out for a HP Ice / Knock Off set.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
This is my cleric and Wish-passer, and since pretty much my entire team has no reliable recovery and are status magnets, Clefable has its work cut out for it. It is my answer for set-up sweepers who can get past Landorus-T, due to Unaware. It also checks most Dragon-types, and has good synergy with Mega Metagross.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Knock Off
- Gyro Ball
This is my primary Fairy-type check, and also my hazard setter. Ferro checks so many things, and Leech Seed and Knock Off are to add to the annoying-ness. Gyro Ball, even uninvested, hits pretty hard, 2HKOing switchins such as Mega Lopunny, and checking most Dragon Dancers, although he can't check Gyarados anymore due to Crunch.

Metagross-Mega @ Metagrossite
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ice Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Hammer Arm
- Zen Headbutt
This is my secondary Fairy check, and my mega. It hits very hard thanks to Tough Claws, and can lure in non-Scarf Lando-T, who is KOed by Ice Punch, since pre-Mega, Clear Body avoids Intimidate. Mega Metagross also checks BirdSpam if Rotom faints, and Hammer Arm is to deal heavy damage to Roosting Skarmory (after Speed drops) and Ferrothorn.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Pain Split
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
This is the "glue", if you will. My burn spreader, BirdSpam primary check, Azumarill check, this thing does so much. Pain Split is for recovery, and I chose no ChestoRest because it's the only thing to check most of the threats it covers, and it needs to do that repeatedly, and also because Leftovers really helps. Also, it completes the Volt-Turn idea with Volt Switch.

Well, that's my team! This is my first original team, so please give as much advice as you can!

You have Pangoro's EVs a bit wrong. it's 20 EVs to outspeed Clef/Sylveon, not 8. Tying is way too risky. You can also run 28 speed to outspeed 4 speed Tyranitar. This in all is a very nice team, includes Pangoro (one of my fave mons) and show defog is not compulsory on a sucessful team.

How do you deal with liechi natural gift T-Flame other than let it kill itself? It kinda destroys Rotom-W and a steel type or Pangoro (or 2)before it dies to recoil. All I can see is stall it out w/Clefable, which is hard if running roost>SD (though the set itself is rare, especially without SD).

Yeah, I have never seen that set on Talonflame before. Even if it's used, Rotom can actually switch in on SD, tank Grass Natural Gift, and OHKO back. It also barely survives Adamant.
+2 252 Atk Liechi Berry Talonflame Natural Gift (100 BP Grass) vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Rotom-W: 226-266 (74.3 - 87.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
My math on Pangoro's EVs was off, I'm changing that.
Lastly, I actually did want a Defogger, but couldn't find a slot, and it didn't seem needed.
