Hey guys, here is a team I've been working with for a while now, I think it's pretty good but has its flaws, any help in improving it would be much appreciated. I suggest giving it a try, it's a fun team to play with, but I'm pretty new to competitive play so like I said, any help would be great, thanks.
At A Glance

This team is based around getting Smeargle set up with Belly Drum and Baton Passing onto the speedy Mega Luke or the powerhouse that is Conkeldurr, who against the right team a 4x attack Drain Punch sweep can be devastating. The other half of my team make up the VoltTurn trio, Forretress is there to lay down SR and spin, pretty standard but for a good reason, especially with my Volcarona who hates SR, the trio is completed by Jolteon
The Individuals
Conkeldurr

Adamant
252HP/252atk/4SpD
Item: Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Poison Jab
Facade
Conkeldurr is just so cool, there's no doubt about it, watching him take massive hits, shrug them off and OHKO Drain Punch his HP back, poke after poke is a wonderful thing. On top of Drain Punch he has Mach Punch for priority, as he is painfully slow, Facade for huge damage when the flame orb kicks in, and Poison Jab to take out pesky fairy types. Flame orb combined with Guts gives him a solid attack even if I have to switch him in without Smeargles Baton Pass. As Mach Punch is only really used as a dying breath before letting another poke clear up I was considering switching it with a coverage move.
Lucario

Jolly
252Atk/4SpD/252Spe
Item: Lucarionite
Ability: Steadfast
Close Combat
Extreme Speed
Blaze Kick
Ice Punch
Mega Luke is one of the heroes of sixth gen in my opinion, my favourite of all the megalutions, with Pinsir as a close second. Once Mega Luke takes the 4x attack baton he is almost unstoppable as he sweeps through pokes with his great range of powerful coverage moves and most pokes that out speed him are destroyed by Extreme Speed. The main thing that poses a problem are priority fighting attacks, but Lukes great typing and multiple resistances more than makes up for it.
Smeargle

Timid
252HP/4SpD/252Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Own Tempo
Spore
Substitute
Belly Drum
Baton Pass
Smeargle is here for one reason and one reason only, he follows the formula to the spec, Spore and Substitute to protect Old Smear, Belly Drum to max attack and Baton Pass the stats onto Luke or Conkeldurr. I don't know what else I can say about him to be honest, this strategy does unfortunately collapse when the sleeping poke is switched in for a speedy revenge killer on the turn I sub, if that happens I switch out to another poke depending on the typing, take care of it and try again, sometimes I don't even use this strategy until they are down to the last 2 to bring in a super powered late game sweeper.
Jolteon

Timid
4HP/252SpA/Spe
Item: Air Balloon
Ability: Volt Absorb
Volt Switch
Thunderbolt
Wish
Hidden Power Grass
Jolteon serves two purposes in my team, the standard fast special sweeper as we all know and love him, with his high speed and Volt Switch giving him great momentum, Thunderbolt, because you can't have Jolteon without Thunderbolt, and HP Grass to take care of unsuspecting groundies. Wish is sometimes used for recovery, predicting when the opposing poke is going to protect or switch out, but is mostly used as a Wish/Volt Switch recovery for Smeargle who after consuming his Sitrus Berry should bring him to enough health to repeat the sub/drum/baton routine.
Volcarona

Hasty
4Atk/252SpA/252Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
Bug Buzz
U-Turn
Giga Drain
Fire Blast
Volcarona forms the core of the VoltTurn side of my team, and is a great Pokemon, he's fast and packs a lot of damage. Bug Buzz and Fire Blast for STAB, plus Bug Buzz hits behind Subs which is an asset on any 6th Gen team, U-Turn for momentum and a good chance of a free switch dye to his high speed. I originally ran a set with Chesto Berry and Bug Buzz, Fire Blast, Quiver Dance and Rest, but he's just not bulky enough to pull that off. I put in Giga Drain for when they switch in water based revenge killers. The amount of people who switch in a Greninja and get destroyed by his Giga Drain restoring half of Volcys HP, I've swept whole teams with him before, I don't understand why he is almost exclusively seen in sun teams.
Forretress

Bold
252HP/252Def/4SpA
Item: Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy
Volt Switch
Stealth Rock
Rapid Spin
Reflect
Pretty standard SR/Spinner set here with Volt Switch to give allies free switch ins down to Forries low speed. I might get rid of Reflect seeing as I rarely use it, I used to run spikes but subbed it out for the same reason, I might use EQ to give the little guy some firepower. Forretresses spot is the one that has changed the most, from Skarmory running SR, Taunt and Tailwind to aid Smeargles set up against faster teams to Prankster Sableye, Excadrill and Starmie but I think I'm set on Forretress.
The biggest problems with this team have been clever stall teams who again and again delay my baton passing, Trick Room users who cripple Lucario, Volcarona and Jolteon (although Conkeldurr is in his element here) and fast dragons. But please try the team out for yourself and highlight any major threats, I think the team us working pretty well for me. But I'm still getting used to competitive play.
