  • Walking Wake is a powerful special attacker and can function as a Water-type attacker on sun teams thanks to Hydro Steam and Protosynthesis.
  • Hydro Steam is Walking Wake's primary STAB move. While it's simply good outside sun, there are very few things that can switch in on it in sun.
  • Draco Meteor is Walking Wake's strongest move and can slam common Water-resistant Pokemon such as opposing Walking Wake and Palafin.
  • Flamethrower is a strong sun-boosted coverage move that deals super effective damage to Pokemon like Amoonguss and Kingambit, which otherwise resist Walking Wake's STAB moves.
  • Protect keeps Walking Wake safe against faster threats and through field effects and should always be used with Life Orb. Choice Specs Walking Wake should run Dragon Pulse as a consistent Dragon-type STAB to lock into.

Tera Dragon can also be run to increase Draco Meteor's damage and grants Walking Wake an important Electric resistance against Iron Hands. Tera Water greatly increases Hydro Steam's damage while removing Walking Wake's weaknesses to Dragon- and Fairy-type moves.
  • The EVs listed boost Walking Wake's Speed in sun. If a Special Attack boost is desired, move 8 EVs from Special Defense into Special Attack.

- be more specific on the spot that "nothing has ever filled before," ie water type attacker that benefits from the sun, expands coverage for sun teams, w/e works here
- give specific targets for Draco Meteor, mostly water and dragon types like opposing wake and palafin
- specify Tera Blast fairy targets. honestly i'm not sure i'd ever drop flame on wake, i'd rather just keep this to the fourth slot
- say something like "consistent damage" for Dragon Pulse instead of DMeteor being a poor choice in the situation

Only thing I have is how you should maybe mention Tera Water to remove the fairy/dragon weaknesses while also increasing the power of hydro steam, otherwise looks good
