Aliens have found their way onto earth and now, in order to collect information about the human race and how they think, they have opted to bring the operations to the human website Pokemon Showdown.
Through the use of their intellect (and pinkacross videos), they have built the strongest teams to ever grace the teambuilder and utterly dominated showdown’s numerous ladders, with most of them easily reaching top 50 in the formats that they play. The playerbase haven’t seen anything like this, and just when one player creates a team specifically to turn the aliens’ strategy against them, they’re able to add a core that crushes it in 10 turns.
With each win, they learn more about how humans strategise and respond to hindrance and failure in their strategy, once they accumulate enough information to create a rough thesis on how to exploit flaws in humanity’s art of war, they’ll be able to use it to their advantage in their invasion to completely crush mankind’s defenses and conquer earth entirely.
Its up to one man to stop their master plan, take back pokemon showdown and save the world, and he only has one way to fish for victory in these unfavourable matchups…
