This was a test of my UU team verses a random guy on neoseekers. He didn't use much of the ultra OU'd stuff either, so it made for a pretty interesting and fun battle. This was my first time using it, I was pleasently surprised at how well I did. He said his team was under construction though, while my UU team is nearly complete (only Clefable needs to be EV'd now).

Kinda an unexpected starter, I was expecting to get dominated by a weavile or gyarados.

Meh, boring turn. I cut a couple turns here, basically grumpig paralyzes vespiquen, vespi misses toxic again (what luck), he switches to kingdra and I use light screen, he hydro pumps then I switch, he switches again so it gets to vespiquen verses my scyther.

I now realize what a dumb move that was after just watching my clefable take an ice beam, although wtf was he thinking trying to ice beam a torkoal? Even if he did predict my switch what would I send in to wall hydro pump weak to ice? Worked out fine though.

Nope, torkoal just dosn't have the vitality to use more than one overheat with its sp. atk. Didn't matter at this point, I had this battle won the second I took down his metagross.

The Good:
Torkoal is beastly for a UU, if he can take a metagross quake I think he'll serve me well in UU.
Nidoking: Looks really cool, glad to have a chance to use him, did his job well and came back at the end to wrap things up
Scyther: Props for critting the kingdra, I have no dragon moves on this team.
The bad:
Grumpig saw almost no action, he did lightscreen for me, which didn't help much considering only one special move hit after he lightscreened.
Clefable: Popsicle on switchin, i've done that to people with my Weavile before, funny but sux
Octillery: Couldn't OHKO metagross, but considering the metagross was hacked and is two tiers higher than Octillery, I say he did a pretty good job.
