Warstory: Second round of my local tourny

SNX7

Alright, this is one of the battles in a local tourny. I ended up taking second, but this was the most exciting battle I had. Normally I go with a different pokemon in place of Lucario, but I wanted to try him out as I had just finished training him. After this battle, I'm glad I did. It's kind of long, and it's my first attempt at a warstory, hope you guys like it.

Gyarados’s Intimidate cut’s Uxie’s attack!

Yes, I decided to lead with Uxie this battle. Don’t ask me why, but she’s always pulled through for me in the past. First time she’s met Gyarados though, time to hope for the best. I didn’t know if Jorge was packing Electivire or not, so I figured Stealth Rock would be the best thing to do for now.

Gyarados used Dragon Dance! Gyarados’s Attack rose, Gyarados’s speed rose!
Uxie used Stealth Rock!
Pointed stones float around your opponents field

Oh boy, a I let Gyarados get a DD. Well, if my Misty’s damage calc is accurate, Uxie should be able to get this Gyarados outta there.

Uxie makes ground moves miss with levitate!

Gyarados became drowsy!

Prediction backfired on him that time. To bad, ballsy moves got me to this battle, I may as well keep going with ‘em. Now he’s gotta switch, but to what?

Tyranitars Sandstream whipped up a sandstorm!
Pointed stones dug into Tyranitar! (6% damage)
Uxie used Thunderwave!
Tyranitar was paralyzed!

Alright, I’m in the better position now. Crunch is definatly gonna do a number on Uxie though, time to get my little pixie out of there.

Hah, I knew my Tangrowth could take a Crunch like a man. Time for the crippler to get into action (that’s Tangrowth in case you didn’t get it)

Teehee, I love this guy. Interesting choice sending out Garchomp. Tangrowth hasn’t met one that has KO’d him yet, let’s see how this goes.

Wow, I figured Fire Fang was coming, not Outrage. Either way, Garchomp’s in for a world of hurt now. Go Tangrowth!

Damn that’s strong, Tangrowth is a beast. One down, 5 to go.

Oh great, I was hoping Gallade would take it better then that. Well, may as well go for it, ballsy moves got me here, no holding back now.

Yes, Gallade is awsome. Let's see if I can finish the Ape right now.

Gallade used Psycho Cut!
It doesn’t affect Weavile.
Weavile takes Sandstorm damage. Sandstorm nullifies leftovers.

Great, Weavile AND Tyranitar. Gallade can’t stand up to his guy, time to whip out my secret Weavile counter.

Haha, Swords Dance all you want Weavile, your time is short. You may be wondering why I’m so confident? Well, here’s why.

Works every time. I love Vaccum Wave so much. *hugs Vaccum Wave*

Great, now I NEED him to flinch, if he hits with Ice Fang, I’m done. Togekiss has come through for me countless times though, he should be able to do it again.

!@#$, I was the one who got haxed there, that‘s not the way it‘s supposed to go! Time to take down Gyarados once and for all. Tangrowth should be up for the job. Let’s see how beastly this guy is.

Wow, didn’t expect that. I can get some extra damage in now. Hurray for Tangrowth,. I still have about 43% health, didn‘t see that before.

Damn, this really sucks. Tangrowth can still take Gyarados down though.

Shit. Power Whip is usually faithful, NOW it decides to turn it’s back on me? Well, Tangrowth is still awesome, time for him to take a nice rest. Now where was I? Oh yea, Gyarados was about to (how many times have I said this now?) go down.

I knew I put Charge Beam on him for a reason. Now it’s a race against the clock. Life Orb+Sandstorm is doing about 16% damage every turn, let’s see if I can pull the sweep off.

Hah, he thinks Blissey is going to outstall Porygon-Z now does he? Well, think again. This is just a minor setback.

Well, Porygon-Z is down to just a couple of attacks left, time to wipe the floor with Blissey. (And hopefully whatever comes out next.)

Lucario! That surprise Vaccum Wave kicked the shit out of Weavile, and saved me. I think he should get the privilege of decimating the annoying whore that stands before me. I’m going to sum everything up right now.

Blissey was fast asleep.

SNX7 wins! 3-0.

Props:
-Lucario made me glad that I spent all that time breeding one with Vaccum Wave
-Tangrowth is a monster and really came through
-Porygon-Z cleaned up pretty well in the end
-I had 2 shiny's

Slops:
-Togekiss did nothing
-Gallade didn't get much action, though that's my fault
-I got haxed pretty bad with 2 Air Slashes missing in a row
-Opponent had no shiny's

Overall, it was a fun battle. I hope I typed it up well.
 
Good Warstory, glad to see there's an increase in well made warstories. A couple of things bothered me though, namely...

First of all, Garchomp resists stealth rock so he only takes 6%, second of all.. Power Whip isn't super effective. :\
 
Togekiss just wanted you to lose so badly, like those Kamikaze pilots. I demand you rename your Kiss Kamikaze!

Oh, your team is Flying weak, but it turned out to be for the best. Yes.

But it's very well written.

wait.... you killed Blissey in one shot with Aura Sphere? i'm pretty sure thats impossible, even with Sandstorm damage
 
Some of your super effective-not very effective-neutral effective notices are off. Most noticeably, Garchomp takes Neutral damage from Power Whips, and Weavile takes 25% from Stealth Rocks.

other than that, great prediction and fun usage of Uxie.
 
Awesome warstory, especially with good prediction at the end. Lucario may be a little UU but is still good.
 
Power Whip isn't Super Effective against Garchomp.

Do those shinies have good natures and IVs?

Edit: Woah...I should just kill myself after being beaten that badly.

I loved how the Weavile got pwned by Lucario. Now I'm sad that neither of my two Lucarios have Vacuum Wave =\
 
Awesome warstory except for those typos. I'm just about to start breeding for a Blaze Kick Lucario, but this warstory makes me want to consider going with a Vacume Wave one....nice job.
 
Good warstory.
Although how th hell did your Tangrowth and Togekiss and Porygon-Z outspeed a DD Gyarados? And Tyranitar takes 12% from Stealth Rock, but whatever, still good reads.
 
My guess is that at some point he forgot to mention that he had T-Waved Gyarados. That's probably the most logical explanation for this. Especially since it doesn't seem like Togekiss is Choice Scarfed.
 
Yea, a few points were off there. I crit'd the Garchomp instead of SE, my bad. And I got my turns mixed up. I paralyzed the Gyarados when he DD'd, and then he taunted, which is when my first Air Slash missed. I got these mixed up when I was looking over what I had written down. I fix'd it though.

Lucario 2HKO'd Blissey with Aura Sphere, hence the "Lucario used Aura Sphere! 2x" at the end. I didn't think writing 2 extra turns was worth it.

To your opponent, for using the most generically standard team I think I've ever seen. Only thing that was missing was Electivire. >_>;

To you, for stealing half of my team. I'm supposed to be the only one using Uxie! *runs off and cries*
 
Lol. I originally had Cresselia, but then I thought to myself:

"Wait a second. Cress=Wall+Twave and Reflect. Uxie=Wall+Twave+Stealth Rock+Yawn. Why the hell didn't I think of this before?"
