i was wondering id id be able to make my clan an official smogon clan

Smogon does not have official clans, nor does it endorse clans.

Suggestions like this have been proposed before but never accepted IIRC.

then how do i become eligable to make a clan thread

the most asked and most rejected proposal on smogon. we have never had clans iirc, and if we have, def never going back to that again. there are some social groups that function in a similar way to clans but they suck and nothing ever comes of it

edit: you don't become eligible, there are just NO CLANS period.
